    Jeffrey Sugar MD
There was a short wait when I arrived but I expected that as they were fully booked and squeezed me in.   Dr. Sugar was professional and very personable as was his office staff.  His office is in a private house and felt more like a family Dr then some of the big medical "machines".        I will definitely go back to him and would send all my friends and family as well.

    Haas, Dr. Susan B.
She is pretty thorough; we all like her a lot. She is very friendly and has a nice bedside manner; she is good. She has also suggested other doctors for me that have worked out well. Her nurse Stacy is wonderful too; we love her. Stacy is very friendly and easy to talk to and so is Dr. Haas. They follow up well; whenever we have a problem and call them, they call us back at the drop of a hat. She is open on Fridays. If she is not available, they recommend someone else that we love anyway. We would always use her in the future.

    Brauman, Dr. Daniel
We had a scheduled appointment for 2:00. They called, and left a message on the machine they changed the appointment to 3:20. We were there 1 hour, and 20 minutes. The receptionist was rude. When I threatened to leave we were taken into a room. The nurses tried to talk to us about plastic surgery. We never saw the doctor. They did refund my money. It was so unprofessional.

    Weiser, Dr. Kenneth
I was referred to him by a family member. He takes his time to really hear what is going on. If he is not able to take care of the problem, he will refer me to someone. He takes care of the whole health. What he is doing, he is doing it right. He is easy to get into. The office environment is very relaxed. He is very punctual. The staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend him.

My surgery went very well and I was able to leave Theall Road walking with a cane. Dr. Mattern sent me on my way with a list of instructions, including progressive exercises toget me back on my feet. The follow up care with Doctor Mattern was also excellent. I have two tiny scars which have almost disappeared. The surgery was done on March 16th. One month later I was back to doing a two mile daily power walk with absolutely no pain or ill effects. I anticipate returning to some tennis in the next week, much earlier than I anticipated. I expect to be playing competetive tennis by sometime in June. This went much better than I ever anticipated...I am not exactly young!! There is no question in my mind, Dr. Mattern is now my orthopedist for any problems I may have in the future.

    Noreen Linn MD
The office itself is very professional looking.  I gave it a "B" for office environment simply because the waiting area was much warmer than I would have liked.

I was also surprised that I was asked for payment before I actually saw the doctor, something I don't think I have ever experienced at any other medical office I've been to.  Did they think I was going to run out of the office without paying for my visit?  For that reason, I gave them a "B" for billing and administration.

I was first brought into Dr. Linn's professional office, where I was asked the reason for my visit, and some questions about my medical history.  While my primary reason for seeing Dr. Linn was to find out the cause of the small bumps on the end of some of my fingers, Dr. Linn also noticed the discoloration in my hands related to my Reynaud's disease, and asked if I had been put on any medication for it.  She suggested a medication that I could be put on to treat it.  She also suggested that I not take any allergy medication that contains decongestants (such as Claritin D), as this could raise my already somewhat high blood pressure.

After that, I was brought into an examination room, where I was asked to undress and put on a medical gown.  An assistant came in and took my blood pressure and pulse rate.  Dr. Linn examined my hands, toes and my ribs (because I mentioned it is slightly protruding on one side).  She decided that some blood tests would be necessary, and another assistant came in to draw blood.  When that was finished, I got dressed and went back out in the hallway to speak with Dr. Linn.

As I was speaking with Dr. Linn, I noticed that some blood was running down the arm where the blood had been taken.  Apparently, the woman who took the blood did not put the bandage on my arm tight enough, and it had to be rebandaged.  This was the only flaw in an otherwise very thorough office visit.

Aside from the blood work, Dr. Linn referred me for x-rays of my hands to confirm her diagnosis of osteoarthritis.  The office staff recommended an imaging firm nearby that I could go to which would likely save me money over the cost of having this done at the radiology department of a local hospital.

I heard about them through my insurance plan. I like that they have everything in one facility. Fortunately, I haven't had to deal with any specialists. Everybody is nice and prompt. I haven't dealt with a lot of doctors there.

They are all excellent and they have been very helpful and knowledgeable. They make good use of their time with you. They have all the services they need in the building such as x-rays and labs so you don't have to go to other places.

    Comninellis, Dr. Aris
My wife also goes to her. She is efficient. She listens to what her patient says. She is very thorough. She follows up. She is knowledgeable. She calls at eight to tell me and my wife about the results. I have issues with the billing department. She or her assistant calls up the billing department and gets it resolved. I would use her in the future.

I have seen Dr. Saltzman as my PCP for years. She is practical and not an alarmist and very thorough

I think she is very good.
Dr. Berger is my Rhuematologist for Fibromyalgia and very kind and gentle. He often runs late because he gives all his patients his undivided attention
I see Dr. Daly for OBGYN. She is terrific.
The gastroenterolgists in this practice are also good.
