    I've been with them for 5 years.? Iv'e been going there for 5 years so I really don't have a first impression.? It takes about 2 hours to half a day normally for the work.? The service people that I've dealt with have always been professional.

    The inspection a state mandated thing.? They can only charge what the state wants them to charge.? My overall experience with them as a company is overall, it's been a decent experience with them.? I don't have any complaints about anything.? The communication was good.

    The inspection is not free.? It's a routine thing.? It's a state price. What keeps me going there is that they are the nearest Ford Dealership.? They could work on their prices. There professional in their demeanor,? you get a good idea of what's happening there and they keep you pretty well informed.

    They were fine on that one. The facilities are clean. You just don't walk into the area they do the service. They might have the WIFI thing. They have coffee. The work took two weeks. I had my own car. I have an truck. They do keep let me know what is going on.

    When i bought the car It came with toyata care and i take it to the dealer and they will take care of anything it also comes with one free detail a year. I also bought an extended warranty so if anything goes wrong with any computer things in the car they will fix it. The process was pretty easy i usually hate car shopping. First three years i get the toyata care for free.

    It's not bad getting an appointment. The waiting room is nice, decent. They have coffee and danish's. Work takes about an hour, hour and a half. 

    They could have better customer service.

    I got there and apparently they gave me the brush off and didn't give me good costumer service. I wanted to try to keep the 2013 car I had. They wanted to work something out with me but the sales person that was supposed to do the leg work to work something out with me didn't do a good job. The person that originally got me the car had retied and left. After he left the customer service went out the window.

    They are very reasonable. I have an excellent product and I have no problems with it. I use them all the time. I recommend them.Once they got the engine it took a week or less. They workers were very professional.  I had no problems with the delivery of the car.

    terrible!  I've been coming to this service center for years- total trust developed in that time.  Unfortunately it's under new ownership and there does seem to be any attempt at customer retention.  First, it took over 4 hours and several calls to get an update on what's wrong with the car- this despite having made a 9:30 AM appointment.  Why make an appointment if it's going to take more than 4 hours to look at the car??  Finally, after my third call, they looked at the car- $800 repair!  Never have I brought my car in to this place for more than a couple-few hundred dollars- never!  I'm not a mechanic, so I don't know for sure, it's just a strange coincidence that the first time I bring it in to these new owners it's so much money.  I get the feeling that they didn't really know how to repair it, so they are just ordering the whole universe of related parts, never mind the cost to me.  I know the previous owners would have figured out a better way.
    Then, when I said I'm going to get the car and figure out my options, they told me oh by the way there's a diagnostic fee of $100.  They never told me that beforehand.  For an issue like this- the temperature dial stuck on high heat- I never would have expected to pay $100 for a diagnosis (or even the full repair!  It seems like the knob needs to be replaced!).  
    Either they have no idea what they're doing, don't care about customer service or retention, or are scam artists.  I don't know which, but none of these is good.  Stay away!!

    Roll Rite Towing

    My car was involved in an accident while parked in the town of Bayshore, NY. The town contracts towing services with a company called Roll Rite Towing. My car was towed to their shop, the insurance adjuster went to Roll Rite to estimate the damage as usual. In an attempt to get the 11, 000 dollar repair job Owner Anthony proceeded to dissemble my 2010 Landrover and order parts UNAUTHORIZED! Owner claimed that the signature on the tow receipt was my authorization for him to repair!!!!

    Long story short Allstate & I have been in a battle with this shop to release my vehicle to the collision place that I actually did authorize to complete repairs. Owner extorted 1600. 00 dollars from me in order to release my vehicle. After 10 days I had no other choice but to pay the money to have my dissembled vehicle moved out of there or he would have continued to repair my vehicle without my permission.

    A complaint has been filed with the township for allowing such a crook on the roster, with the BBB and calls will be made various local news stations.
