    Had a couple of long time problems with a Honda Element. Clutch was very rough and it made a horrible screeching sound whenever the pedal was depressed or released. Had asked my regular (3 years or so) to fix it at least three times. They put some lube on it each time, it was quiet for a week and then exhibited the problem again.. Also had a problem with the drivers seat where is seemed loose and rocked quite a bit. Disturbing. Again, the other mechanic couldn���t find a problem. So I did some research and found Willmes Tire & Auto in Webster, saw they they had some expertise with Honda���s and gave them a try. Fixed and fixed. The clutch problem was much more involved that using a little lube, but Harry searched his contacts at Honda, discovered the problem with high mileage manual transmission Hondas, got the parts and It���s like new. Very Happy. Also tore the seat mechanism apart and found the problem there. Very happy. Also asked for an oil change since it was there, he discovered that the oil plug threads were rounded and that the last time the oil was changed, the crushable washer was the wrong size. Honda makes a big deal about using these crushable washers when changing the oil, and Harry is the first one I���ve ever taken the Element to who mentioned it. Before I always had to bring it up and give the service place the washer from my stash since most of them had no idea what I was talking about. Now, this is the first time I���ve gone to him but I expect to be a customer for a long time. As long as the Element (2006, 185000 miles) lasts (and whatever replaces it). Big thumbs up!

    They do whatever needs to be done; nothing major. They charge me whatever the going rate is out there. They do have specials for $40-$50. They do fine out there. The price is okay. They are professional.

    I have newer cars so I use mostly the dealership right now. I was under warranty so there was no charge. It took an hour for the oil change. They told me that everything looked good. It was overall good. There was a part that they had to order and I had to go back for it.

    They did everything in one day. They gave me a rental car, that was great. I have no idea on pricing because it didn't cost me anything. For punctuality, I went there. I dropped my car off. I took the loaner car and that was it. I would grade them an A, I didn't have to wait. I haven't had service done there. I have only had recall items. I was in and out of there in one day.

    Bought a 2013 Ford Fusion from Henderson Ford in August of 2016. My sales person Thomas Smith was great but there Sales manager Trent was a piece of work. It took him a month to finance me. I was on a dealer plate forever and final months later got my registration. Still no title talked to DMV and they said Henderson didn't do the paper work correctly. I had two give Henderson my first months & second months payment to send to the bank to get approved. He didn't send them out on time I got a call from the bank saying I was 60 days behind on payments. Also Trent pulled my credit well over 15 times. So now I'm in the market for a second auto loan. I went back to give THOMAS SMITH & only him my business because he was wonderful. I went in a week ago and still nothing. I have to call the sales manager all the time then never call me with updates. So again he pulled my credit multiple times and I have him a $2000.00 holding fee for the car! He then tells me today he's. m not doing the deal because I call him too much, I called him two times a day if that. I also told him not to submit my credit to a certain bank and guess what he did the complete opposite. The story is much to long to explain. BEWARE HENDERSON FORD!!! He also swear at me the first time I bought a car he sold me with a bad transmission good thing it was under warranty.......go to Van Bortel Ford!

    It started out well. "John" called and left his number to call if I had questions. I did and I called. He asked me if I had a car to trade. I said I did but that it had very high mileage. I told  him how many miles and he said that they are looking for cars like that. He said people are clamoring for them to use for short drives to work or for their teenage kids. I made an appointment to drive 105 miles from my home to the dealer to have the trade-in appraised. It was raining and not a fun drive. When they appraised the car, they told me they  could only give me $500, which is what they could get from the junkyard, because of high mileage. The car was worth more than that; we had just bought a cover for the spare tire that was $200! The car was worth probably $2000 according to Kelley Bluebook. I drove 105 miles to and 105 miles from for nothing. Why couldn't John have told me the truth? He  could have told me not to waste my time and the gas to drive there with a car that would not command much money due to high mileage. I was very disappointed being treated this way. I would not do this to people.

    I wasn't very happy with them at all. They didn't seem to be too knowledgeable about the problem I was having. They tried to tell me I needed to do brakes. I went back to my auto mechanic after that and they said I didn't need brakes. They were dishonest and they're trying to run the price up finding different things wrong. I had a fan replaced and they recommended that I go with the manufacturer's parts. I haven't been very happy with it. It made a lot of different noises and it had to be adjusted a couple of times. It still has some of the noises. It got to the point where these guys were saying that it was the normal functionality. Their pricing was typical but they added things that didn't need to be added.

    Determined the problem very quickly.  Called with estimate.  Completed the work the same day.  Charged less than the estimate.  Work was done professionally without any problems.  Great place for auto repairs.  I will use Willmes again.

    It was done promptly and on time. He answered questions that I had about it to my satisfaction, before they started work. He explained that they were familiar with this problem and made me feel confident that it would be handled right. Once I picked it up, I never had the problem again!  I drove the vehicle right through a TOUGH winter and I do put a lot of miles on my vehicles. Very satisfied.

    Horrible job!!   When I went to pick up my vehicle and I was going through it to check for any damage I notice that there was damage on the back hatch gate.  A service personnel was right there with me and they got a manager who saw the damage and then proceeded to check the video to see if the damage was there before or not. After the video was check they were sure that the damage was done at Delta Sonic and it happen during the detail.  So then I had to fill out a claim form and I was told I would be contacted with in a week about the claim.  On the claim check it states "We will do our best to process your claim within the next 3-5 business days. That's a Lie!!!!  I called 8 Business days later and was told that the claim was still under review. Now 2 weeks have gone by and I have not heard anything about my claim. We will never use Delta sonic again they have lost my business.
