AMC Home Improvements and ConstructionEric and his team worked on a 1-room den renovation in our home. Even from the initial meeting with Eric, he was overly communicative and completely up front about all possible considerations and unknown risks that could come up when taking on our renovation, which was very important to us. Throughout the whole process, Eric was absolutely accessible and easy to contact. He answered all questions within minutes of calling him and was amenable to quick pivots. Our town was rather difficult to work with in terms of scheduling inspections (and then having inspectors actually come when they were supposed to), which caused our project to almost double in timing. Eric did an amazing job project managing our job, which you don't often see in contractors, to schedule as much as could possibly be done during the extra off/down time while waiting on inspections. The quality of the work completed by Eric and his team was of topmost quality, and we are rather picky. In terms of professionalism, honesty and quality in a contractor, Eric is a true gem.- Victoria S.

ANunez Construction and PaintingAfter an extensive investigation taking into account online feedback/reviews and speaking to other construction firms, I decided on Nunez Construction to fully renovate my entire house consisting of three separate apartments. Efren (the owner) was able to fully understand the work required and also suggested additional modifications; some requiring no additional cost which made quite a difference to the appearance and functionality of the units. It was quite evident that he was extremely knowledgeable on all types of challenges and knew exactly how they should be handled which he was able to explain to me in the simplest terms. The company employees some of the most skilled people in the trade in all areas of demolition, construction, painting, and plumbing and I was amazed how well and quickly they were able to complete all the work. Eric (Forman/Project manager) is without a doubt one of the most experienced hands-on people you can have involved and managing the team. Most importantly – as with any project regardless of magnitude, you will experience unforeseen circumstances and require immediate attention and Efren was on-site (usually multiple times) every single day to monitor and update me on the progress and most importantly he would answer his phone every single time I called and address any concerns immediately. There is nothing I need done that I would not ask Martin to help me with. He has replaced my roof, fenced my yard, built steps, painted bedrooms, power washed my siding, all done quickly and at an affordable price. He is set to Rebuild my garage door, install front door and window, rebuild brick steps and paint trim on house. AJ & T ConstructionJ&T construction did a great job! They remodeled our patio and installed new stones. They also tore down a sunroom and remodel our dining room. It took just about the same time it was promised very beginning. The men working were always there first thing in the morning and put in very long days. At the end of everyday there was a thorough immaculate cleanup. I’m very happy with the work done and get many many compliments on it now. I would highly recommend J&T construction.- tina d.
