    I was satisfied with the service, the price, and availability. They ran the place the way that I thought it should be run. They had things that you may need available but, didn't force me to buy them. I'd use them again.

    I found U-Haul had the best price on receiver hitches counting the installation price so I used their web form to order the hitch and set the appointment date for the hitch to be installed.  When my appointment date came, they called me and said their employee went home early and they needed to reschedule.  I said okay and made the appointment for the next day available.  When I went in for service they installed the hitch and that was fine.  I had to hang around the store while the work was being done as I had no place to go and no way to get there.  The building they are in looks like an abandoned ghetto.  The waiting room was a cold, filthy room with a couch in it that looks like they got it from a dumpster, with several years worth of urine stains all over the entire couch and all cushions.  I could not find any way to sit on that couch in any spot with less stain on it so I had to hang out and chose to browse the store.  While doing that, I saw they had reverse lights for sale there which mounted to the tow hitch.  I wanted them and asked if they would have time to install the lights as well or if I should make another appointment.  They said they would do it and I thought all is happy.  Well, they were not able to wire those reverse lights for me because they did not know how.  (No problem but why were they not able to find out with out asking me?)  They told me to go home, check with my vehicle manufacturer and when I find out, I can come back and they would finish the job.  When they tried to wire the lights, they cut in to wires on my vehicle that were labeled with a huge sticker stating "DO NOT CUT IN TO THIS WIRE HARNESS" and "See the vehicle manual".  When they ignored this warning they kicked out my vehicle electronics module (I learned this later) and my reverse light on one side stopped working.  When I asked if they would pay the dealer to fix my now non-functioning light, they acted skiddish and said that my light has no power going to it and that  was why they could not hook it up and they tried to avoid taking responsibility for making my light on one side of the car (the same side they cut into) stop working.   I was able to find out how to reset this on the internet luckily, and got my reverse light to function again.  I called for an appointment once my car was ok and I learned that the lights needed to be wired separately to an independent switch.  The manager said he would call me back no later than the next day with an appointment.  This was on Monday.  If you call the store, they answer the phone less than 1 in 15 times to my estimate because I could not reach them.  My calls kept rolling over to an answering service line.  On Friday after not being called, and not able to reach them, I called corporate U-Haul for help.  Their customer service said I have to talk with the store but when they tried repeatedly to get the store manager or anyone to answer the phone and could not, the customer service rep said they would have the cost of installation for the lights refunded to me.  I actually paid an electronics wizard $40.00 to finish the job U-Haul started.  Any how I was content.  After another week and not receiving my $30.00 refund, I called corporate customer service again and they didn't see it as their responsibility as it should have been handled by the store manager but they understood how he can not be reached and so they processed my refund.  All I know is that I felt a bad gut feeling driving away from there after having to stand around in the cold store for over 3 hours and my car was at the time broken and not as I hoped the job was not done.

    I was not happy with this company at all. I reserved my truck three weeks in advance. They called me the day before and said that one would not be available for me to pickup. They informed me that they would call me when it was. It was way too late to try and get another truck from a different company. Plus, I already put the deposit down with them. The truck finally arrived and was ready to be picked up 8 hours after I was supposed to be able to get it. They did not give me any compensation at all. No one was rude to me or anything like that, but they just did not provide me with the service that they promised over the phone.
