APerfect ExteriorsReplacing roof on our 1800 sq ft ranch was completed as scheduled and to our great satisfaction in a few days. Second part of project, the pitching of the flat roof and relaxing of water-damaged interior of closed heated porch was complicated. Eddie works with a great architect who did plans for the roof for submittal to building dept. for permit. Eddie worked diligently to meet the requirements of the building dept in working on this enclosed porch. There were some challenges along the way, but Eddie Was responsive and followed through. His crew was very respectful of our property, trustworthy and always kept the work site clean.- Judi S.

APerfect ExteriorsOverall, very good quality work and I have been very satisfied with this company. Eddie is very knowledgeable in his field of exteriors/windows/doors. I have had several jobs by his company. Each more involved than the next as I had increasing confidence in his work with each project. As with any larger project there are always a few hiccups along the way. Eddie was very fair and any problems were equitably resolved. AXterior SolutionsThe company's answering service made an appointment for an estimate on the first call. Jason called the morning of the appointment to ask if he could come a half hour early as he was running ahead of schedule. He came and did a thorough inspection of the roof, provided prices for several options and recommended the least expensive option as the probable most durable choice. The crew arrived at precisely the scheduled time, the materials delivery truck arrived shortly thereafter and Jason arrived a few minutes after that with the various miscellaneous materials. Jason went over the project with the crew and then left them to do the work. The crew was diligent, professional, neat and courteous as they removed the old roof, made the necessary repairs to the sheathing and fascia then installed the new water and ice barrier, drip edge and roof. They cleaned up as they went along and when they left there was no indication they had ever been there aside from the perfectly installed new roof. I will recommend Xterior Solutions to anyone in need of the services they provide and will use them again should the need arise.- Michael C.

FWe used Angie's list to find a provider to install a fence back in March. We had 3 different people come out and we picked Brandon. I wish the bad reviews we now see showing up on his page existed then if so we never would have chosen him. We signed a contract in april and we gave him $3500 for materials. He said he would do everything get the permits,materials etc. He had us go to the town for him and get the permit papers and drop them off at his house. He came back to our house a couple time measured the property put up a string around the yard to mark where the fence would go. He was beyond unprofessional over half a dozen times he said he was coming over to start working on the fence we would plan our day around it and he wouldn't show. No call no text or anything saying he wasn't showing up. He would never contact us first we would always have to send him messages and sometimes he would just ignore it. The contract said he would have the work finished in May but he said the vinyl production had stopped and was behind because of covid. We said that was okay because we checked home depot and lowes and at the time they did have lower quantities of vinyl fence in stock. In July we told him he has to either give us our money back or install something or we would go to court. He came a few days later with a couple guys and installed maybe 30 feet of black chainlink fence with materials he had left over from another job he said the store didn't have anymore black pipes for the fence so he spray painted them and assured us it would look as good as the real thing. He didn't have all the material's to make sure it was strong on the bottom and told us next time he came back he would fix it. We gave him $500 extra that we agreed upon in the contract and never came back. We didn't check the fencing until after he left and Brandon did not even bother to paint the back side of the fence. Some of it is silver and some is black you can even see the spray paint lines. The gate is hanging off because it has no support. It is not flush to the ground so even if we did have a full fence the dogs that we were getting if for can still fit underneath it. It's also about 2 feet onto our neighbors property even though we showed him the property line and he was supposed to get a permit so we can't even have it fixed. We now have to pay someone else to have it removed. He repeatedly told us he was getting vinyl from a place in New Jersey and had placed an order. He even showed us pictures of left over vinyl from another job and that he was going to deliver it to our house. He never did. He now says the price of vinyl has gone up and he can not give us a fence for the price on the contract. We told him okay that's fine just give us our money back as we do not have anymore to give and this has gone on for 8 months. He said okay he would contact us the next day about a refund and we never heard from him again. Do not hire Brandon Piegari if you actually want anything installed. Best case you have subpar work that someone else needs to redo. Worst case you are like us and have to try and track him down in order to take him to court. We gave him plenty of chances over an 8 month long period. We were very understanding on how covid could have slowed things down but we were more than patient and ended having to file a police report. I could not recommend against someone more.

APeak did an excellent job. They removed furniture to storage, dismantled cabinets and removed to storage, ripped out old floor and subfloor, replaced insulation under subfloor, installed new plywood subfloor and new 3/4 in. prefinished oak floor, then reinstalled cabinetry and painted as needed. The Peak employees we dealt with were all polite and professional and we were extremely pleased with their work. We highly recommended Peak Construction.

FThe estimate was a sham - it took two and a half hours - the expectation was, once you put in all of that time, how would you just walk away from a renovation that was more than double of any other estimate, Then, the car -dealer borrowed sham - call into manager to get a better deal - twice!!! And the price was still way over market. But - if you booked it right then, $10,000 less than next day; $20,000 less than 9 months hence. The contractor would not provide an estimate, until you walked through every decision the bathroom renovation would entail. This was disgusting. I think also a sham for seniors. I would not recommend.
