AHOME INSPECTIONS BY PJM INCPerfect Devon showed up on time and spent hours going over the new house. After he provided in my case a 93 page report detailing good and bad. This report gave me leverage to get things fixed prior to move in and a credit for less major things. Bottom line if you want somebody on your side to protect you from the pitfalls of purchasing a new house call this company. AD Rohde Heating, Plumbing and ACTOP NOTCH COMPANY !! The team arrive on time-- I have to mention these wonderful men --Ian Dan-Jaquan--because they were so professional !-( I did not find out the name of the delivery guy who delivered all the units--He was excellent too ) They worked non stop ! They were extremely polite and manners and respectful all the time. They answered every question we had--completed all the work while protecting carpets in my house etc. What a great company and group of workers ! They worked until 6pm without even taking a break !-- (even though it started to rain--they still worked ! ) Whatever they were doing as a team--they were double checking --triple checking with each other ALL the time that it was done right and that no mistakes were mentioned ! They were so professional and Patience is a virtue !! I also have to mention Sarah--she answers the phone for the company 24/7--She is wonderful too ! ASync Mechanical, Inc.Jon was immediately responsive and helpful. I explained my situation and that I was concerned I might need to replace my furnace (a opinion from another company). He stated he would just come do a diagnostic and we could go from there. That diagnostic fee was very reasonable. The tech came, stating that it was likely the "board" that needed replacing. They ordered the part and immediately came out and finished my mix. A HUGE RELIEF that I did not have to replace the furnace right before winter. So for once I felt like I was being dealt with honestly, and they went above and beyond. I will call them with ANY of my HVAC/Plumbing needs. Thank you Jon and the techs at Sync! AI've never had my ducts cleaned so wasn't sure what to expect. Seemed like a fairly straightforward cleaning. Technician made some decent recommendations and pointed out a few issues with the system. He pulled a bunch of lint out of our dryer vent so I'm looking forward to a more efficient dryer as well. Would recommend to others.

AWe had a waste pipe issue. They sent Chris for estimate. He gave estimate and temporarily repaired sewerage issue until he could schedule full appt. Chris returned and completed full repair without tearing down walls or tiles, except the basement access panel we had removed for him. He was pleasant and explained everything to my me and my very elderly parents.

AJohn remodeled both our upstairs and downstairs bathroom. He ripped out a cracked plastic tub that, it turned out, was sitting on a very heavy steel tub, which he had to cut into pieces to remove, and he removed the plastic sheeting going around our shower walls (which revealed tiles that had to be removed as well). He put in beautiful new tiles on our shower wall, installed new tiles on the bathroom floor, and a new vanity and toilet. Downstairs, he put down stick-on vinyl tiles and a new toilet as well as new baseboards, transforming that half bathroom. HIs work was meticulous every step of the way. Others we spoke to did not want to try to match the vintage wall tile; John was confident he could do it (making the job cheaper and less messy), and he was right! His choices were perfect and the bathrooms are both transformed.
