    Saratoga Veterinary Hospital
The vet interacts very well with my pets. They are very friendly to the two dogs and the dogs are friendly with them. The wait time is almost nothing.  You go in and you get taken care of. I usually go to them, I have been going to them for 20 years. I keep going back to them because of the quality and the excellent service. I go to them probably once every three months. They got to get shots and flea & tick stuff, and stuff like that.

Smart Dog Training and Behavior LLC
I can't begin to thank Kristina and her team enough! We rescued our pup Hazel a few years ago after someone abandoned her in their back yard (In Florida)! She had terrible anxiety with seeing or meeting other dogs, she would bark, lunge, yelp and cry. It was miserable to take her on walks or hikes but we love bringing our two dogs places. Today was our last session and I am so proud that she was not only able to meet another dog (Special Thanks to Darwin!) and remain calm but then walk directly next to him like nothing had ever bothered her! Kristina and her team have been incredibly knowledgable, patient, and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to other pup parents with any issue! Not only did this experience teach me a lot from working with Kristina and our pups, but we are now able to bring Hazel places with ease, truly lifestyle changing for us. THANK YOU!

    The Compleat Cat
Joanne Van Stone, owner of The Compleat Cat, has been pet sitting our cat for going on two years now. Honestly, she's been one of my best finds since moving to upstate NY. It's never easy leaving our senior cat when we take trips, but knowing that Joanne is going to be stopping by every day we're away takes the anxiety out of leaving our guy behind. Joanne always makes sure to fit us into her busy schedule for daily visits, and she's great with communication while we're away with updates and pictures sent either through email or text. She also provides a written daily log of what was done each day and how our cat was doing, which is always fun to read. Oh, and with the daily log she leaves miniature Kit Kat bars. Small little gestures like that are nice to come  home to after a day of traveling. Each 30 minute visit from Joanne includes the following: play time with your cat, feeding, brushing, litter box cleaning, mail pickup, and a general once over of your house just to make sure all is well. Her daily rates are very affordable for what you're getting, but really, you can't put a price on peace of mind, and that's exactly what Joanne gives us when visiting our cat. I also think it's important to mention that our cat is pretty ornery on a good day, and he loves her..maybe that has something to do with her controlling the food situation while we're away, but it's a good working relationship between the two of them, which makes this cat mom one very happy customer.

They are the best! I flew back on Christmas but was unable to pick her up till the following day because they were closed. They were very honest with me about the Christmas closing. I have used their services twice now.

    LIBERTY CANINE CARE CENTER, LLC
The facility is a bit older and doesn't have all the upgrades of other boarding companies, but it is well-managed. They really care about the dogs, and that is more important to me than having a webcam in his crate area.

    FOR PETS SAKE VETERINARIAN CTR
We have had great experiences with For Pets Sake.  They send reminder cards (which is good for me).  They have always been friendly and accommodating.  Our animals have been treated very well by them.  Our dog developed Lyme disease and got very sick.  They got her right in and she is her old self again.

    BANFIELD THE PET HOSPITAL
Stanley wasn't eating and was acting lethargic. We called Banfield and they told us to bring him in for a check up. Dr Ryan was able to see us within the hour. He had a high fever and Dr Ryan explained that the x-rays showed that Stanley's intestine was twisted :( Dr Ryan was able to perform the surgery right away. Stanley bounced back the next day! Staff was caring and excellent
