    The dealer was open late and allowed us to come in just before closing to check out a used vehicle on their lot. The salesman was friendly and took us out to the car allowing us to test drive it immediately. The parking lot was very dark as it was the evening and not well lit which did not allow us to really see the vehicle. The willingness of the salesman to let us test drive it before entering into a discussion was nice. The car itself seemed like it needed some work for the price. It was running quite loudly. However it was a higher end vehicle that had many of the amenities, i.e sunroof, etc. that one could ask for. Once we returned back to the lot, the salesman was very personable and we did not feel pressured to make a decision. Ultimately it was not the right car for us, but we would go back to see another vehicle the next time we are car shopping. We would make sure to go during the day since as mentioned above, we could not see anything in the dark.

    The provider had the job done promptly. The cost was more than it should have been, but we were new in town and needed the job done. Husband was not too happy with the results and felt he could have done a better job himself. I will update with his comments.

    We went to the dealership to see a used Toyota Camry. The vehicle appeared to be in great shape and drove well. When we got there we waited for a while before someone helping us, though there were not any other customers we could see and we had been in contact with someone before we got there. The salesperson was very laid back and went to get the vehicle. We took the car for a test drive and the salesperson came with us navigating us around which was helpful in the dark, but not really getting anywhere that you could take it for a good test drive. We didn't get to take it on the highway or get it above 55. The first thing we noticed when we got in the vehicle was the smell of cigarette smoke. We are not smokers. There were some burn marks on the seats as well. The salesperson allowed us some time to check out the vehicle in the parking lot when we got back. We filled out some paperwork inside the shop and there was some confusion as to pricing. The cost of the vehicle changed during the course of the discussion due to differences in internet pricing and some confusing discounts. It was difficult to follow. We finally were able to agree on the price listed on the internet. We agreed to keep in touch. The salesperson did follow up with us via phone in a courteous manner. They respected our privacy after we explained we weren't interested. A few months later we did get a phone call asking if we might still be interested in the vehicle. However, there were no phone calls after that.
