    Precision Volvo Sales and Service
The best! Not only do they service our Volvo, they service our other vehicle too. I can not say enough about this company and the staff. Honest and explain all services performed. I will never go anywhere else to service my car. They have two locations one in Colonie/Schenectady area and Voorheesville. They have continued to go the extra mile.

    Keeler Honda
I had an 8 a.m. appointment and told them I needed to be out of there quickly so to let me know if they couldn't get me in right away.  They didn't say anything and at 9 a.m. I complained so they brought my car in at that point.  They changed the oil but dir not add windshield washer fluid as I requested nor did they wash the car.
This is not the first time this has happened there.  I will no longer lease my cars from Keeler because of the poor service.

    Rudy's Roadside Auto Care
He has a truck that's outfitted with everything that a normal shop would have but he comes to you. He's really great. I really want you to be able to contact him and use him because he's so fabulous. He's just such a nice guy, he does really good work and he follows up on things. I had a terrible problem and he came out and did the inspection for me, did the test drive for me, I mean he took care of me. I own a Mercedes Benz and he performed a specific service that came up because I had 96,000 miles on the car and he did everything he was supposed to do.

They're excellent. They explain everything to you and find ways to keep your cost within reason. They will tell you what actually needs to be done and what could be done at a later time. They're very client-focused.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I went there looking for a used car. That's why I went there in the first place, because they had something on their lot and I ended up buying a new one anyway. I think they were fair. I haven't had to service the car or have anything done to it yet so I haven't really had a positive or negative experience. As far as the buying experience, it was fine.

We have been using Greg's for our car services and repairs for over twenty years. As always, the service was excellent and always done in a timely manner. The cost of parts is always fair and the labor rate for work is not excessive like most the the major dealerships in this area. Their workmanship has enabled us to get 175,000 miles from several vans over the years.
Greg's has even done several towing jobs for us in emergency siutations. We have nothing but good things to say about their service.

I had been searching for a used Ford Explorer for some time.  I found one at Gravey Auto at what I thought was a reasonable price.  My wife and I drove the hour north to look at the vehicle.  Other than a few minor dings the SUV looked okay for a 2004 and it only had 71,000 miles on it.  Our salesman said that the vehicle had been check out by the service dept. and was ready to go.
Well, I guess that wasn't really the case.  After only three plus months and less than 2500 miles, I just had to replace the exhaust system at $450+.  The SUV has lights that are out(fog, mirror), and the driver's side back window(power) does not work.  My mechanic when doing the exhaust work said that the SUV will need brakes, rotors, and pads soon.  Some of these missed items are my fault for not completely checking before I left the lot.  However, at 64+ years of age it shouldn't be left up to me to crawl under a vehicle to check an exhaust system on a vehicle that was supposedly checked out by the service dept.
I will say this about the dealer.  Their staff was professional and friendly.  I was also able to make the purchase and leave with the vehicle in just a short time.  The only reason I went that far looking for a vehicle was that they had excellent reviews online as a dealership.  The salesman did say the vehicle was being sold as is.  "As is", I guess means the service dept. didn't check that close for any problems.  Maybe, it's all about the money they make when selling new verus used vehicles.  I'm not sure I would recommend or buy again from this dealer as it's buyer beware when buying used.  Certified used, I believe will be the next purchase.

The final state of the bumper was excellent and after a year there have been no problems or sign of replacement.  I did think the price was steep for the work but the vehicle, a 2008 Mitsubishi , is bit of an oddball make and I was told this caused the replacement parts to be on the expensive side.

They are the only mechanics I use for my car.  They are honest people.  They fit you in if you have a certain emergency.  They do a good job.  They are honest and that's hard to find with mechanics I feel.  I've been using them for fifteen years now.

We have a very old car with aproximately 140 000 miles.  They spent alot of time looking over the car and told me what it need immediately and what it would need in the near future.  They also had a loaner car for me to use.
