Four Points Remodeling & Design Center
Missie and Jim were very helpful and patient in assisting in our choosing the various parts, hardware, bath, toilet, etc, etc, that needed to be replaced. The installation and floor tiling went well. The remodeling was performed by craftsman and we felt that we were in professional hands. An excellent job by excellent people.

Four Points Remodeling & Design Center
We started our bathroom remodeling process in February, with a September/October target start date. I dropped by the showroom and made an appointment for Missie and Jim to check out our large and outdated bathroom. They came out to take pictures and measurements and review our list of what we did and did not want in the new bathroom, and within a few weeks Missie had a plan for us to review. At this meeting we made preliminary selections of cabinets and counter tops, and a few weeks after that we were given an initial estimate. Of the three bids we received for this project, the Four Points bid was second highest. We selected Four Points because their bid was within shouting distance of the highest bid, great feedback from some references, and we thought we could work well with Missie and Jim, which turned out to be very true. My husband is an avid H&G viewer, so he had very specific ideas of what he wanted done with new insulation, better attic ventilation, etc. and he was able to discuss all of his ideas with Jim. Missie was very helpful to me in tweaking her initial plan, selecting all of the public stuffI was allowed to take countertop and cabinet samples home to study at length, and she spent a couple of hours with me at the tile store selecting floor and wall tile. Once the work actually started, it continued almost nonstop until the bathroom was completed. Delays in previous jobs pushed our start date out to the Monday after Thanksgiving. This almost resulted in a major delay after the bathroom was already gutted, as the insulation contractor Jim had recommended was involved in a big job and was not able to break away to complete our work. Jim scrambled and found another contractor with an available day that fit in the schedule, such that other than the day after Christmas, we only had one day when the site was idle. The crew that worked on our bathroom, Bogdan and Bob, were exceptional. They worked long and HARD every day and never complained (to me, at least) that they had to carry everything up two flights of stairs. I was consulted when necessary and kept informed of the next days work. They worked well together and were very quality conscious. I can say the same thing about the contractor they brought in to do the heated floor and tile. We are delighted with our finished bathroom. Its a beautiful and functional room, and we absolutely love the heated floor. Were appreciative of the work done by Four Points Remodelingeveryone is invested in the work, professional and committed to customer satisfaction. We highly recommend them, and already have to our friends.

Ed was easy to work with. Completed project on time.   Provided suggestions on project details, as well as sources to get necessary materials to complete the project (such as tile for bathrooms, kitchen cabinets, fixtures, etc.) and did a excellent job of cleaning up after work.  Kitchen and bathrooms look fantastic.

Dave called me back right away when I initially contacted him, and was very professional and courteous. He worked around my schedule, answered all my question, and did a great job. I was impressed by how neat and clean he worked and was very organized. He definitely knows what he is doing. He gave me a quote for remodeling my bathroom and I will definitely be calling him when I am ready to have that done.

Steve, one of the workers, came promptly at 7:30 and got right to work.  He was very neat covering the floors which we had just gotten refinished and worked straight thru till the job was done.  Paul came later to do the wall repair after the glue removal and when he finished you could even see where the marks had been he was that good!  Josh (along with Steve) finished the painting job.  We were most pleased with the finished product and the price.

Provider was immediately responsive to my initial inquiry, arrived on time to fully assess the job, and provide a detailed written estimate for the services. To accomplish the drywall work, he also had to install new wall and ceiling surfaces, which were made perfectly and then drywalled/finishhed. The work was scheduled in a timely fashion and he worked cooperatively with other contractors (e. g. painter) involved in the project. Provider returned after some defects were found to have developed in the ceiling work and the walls after the initial work was done, which he predicted might occur, but which was not due to the workmanship of this provider, but was due to preexisting underlying defects in the ceiling and walls. He repaired the defects at a reasonable charge, and did it with little delay in order to complete the project in a timely fashion. The final cost was very close to what had been originally estimated and any changes that were made after the original estimate were detailed and the costs were reasonable. The painter involved in the project, who is extremely meticulous, as well as myself--and I consider myself also to be VERY particular--and others who have seen this providers work have all been very impressed. The owner was always involved personally with the project and his staff also was excellent, were punctual and courteous, and cleaned up after each day's work and at the completion of the project. I have worked with innumerable contractors and subcontractors over the years, and I can honestly say that this provider was at the top in all respects.

I have known Greg since he was a kid.  He is now in his 40s.  He is very polite.  He owns the business with his mother, and he uses his brother and another person occasionally.  I love him.  I recommended him to the woman next-door.  She used him and she recommended him to another person.  A few years ago we gave them a fortune.  We had our roof, deck, and siding that was torn off, replaced.  We called them back again to do painting.  We certainly wouldn't have used them if they had not done a good job.  As a contractor, Greg obviously has good people that he works with that he can call on.  They are getting ready to come again next week.

    A Best Construction Inc
The job was better than we expected. Starting with Marty (the owner/president of the company), we were met with a professional experience from beginning to end. He set expectations that were almost virtually accurate, from billing, to timeliness, to worksite, to the courteousness of his employees. Nick the lead foreman was also outstanding - very friendly and communicative, and also did (most importantly) very high quality work. They are somewhat of perfectionist, which is excellent. The job was never interrupted for any reason and it was finished 3 weeks later on the nose. We rated the pricing a "B" solely because Marty/A-Best were the most expensive of the 3 quotes we received. However, I do believe it's reflective in the work they did. We received a quote for the same job that was considerably less but in the end I believe you get what you pay for, and these guys more than delivered. We are already looking to have them do 2 more major jobs. Awesome!!!

    Englehart Painting & Wall Covering
The quoting and job completion process went smoothly. Joe arrived at the agreed upon time for the estimate and discussed the job with me. The formal quote arrived next day via email. We worked through phone and email to schedule a time to start the job. Joe and Brandon arrived on time, worked through a power outage, and finished the job on schedule. Everything looks great. I would definitely hire Englehart painting for future work!
