My freezer which I purchased from them 6 years ago went on the fritz Saturday night packed with Meat! I was frantic not to lose it. Called Olums repair service, they were here Monday morning 10:00am on the nose. Miguel the manager came himself diagnosed it, needed a part and sent John back three hours later and fixed it.

They were so professional and caring so I wouldn't lose about $700.00 worth of meat. The part was a relay to the compressor including the trip charge was just under $75.00 total!!! Thank you Olums for such a caring and understanding service repair team of experts!!!!

Appliance repair.

They came they fixed it and everything was good. They were where she bought it. The service was fine. I always recommend them. The price was fair. They had to come back and fix a thing they forgot. Good punctuality. They were professionally friendly.

Went to look at gas range and dishwasher. The prices were ok but not much selection in the color bisque. When we went back again, different salesman. They were too busy to really give us the time we needed to compare. Have bought a lot of furniture, etc. from Olum's. Normally, very satisfied. They are very busy.

Salesman weren't too interested in selling anything. We didn't buy from them.

The spin cycle on my front loading washing machine did not work. Technician diagnosed and repaired machine.

Service ,except for the price, was almost perfect. The appointment was scheduled for the next day...technician was prompt.......diagnosed and repaired machine immediately. He was pleasant, skilled, and told me all the charges before he did any work. He had the needed part in his truck......no need to wait for it to be ordered! It was a bit more expensive than some of the other repair places, but the convenience of speaking with a scheduling person instead of leaving a message for a call back on a machine, was worth the extra money! I guess it's the old, and quot;you get what you pay forand quot; story. ,

They provided appliance repair.

It is an established store for this area. It has a good reputation. The salesman gave me good advice regarding ice-makers. The overall experience was excellent. They were responsive, punctual, and professional. They live up to their reputation. The salesmen are very good. Everyone I dealt with was professional. I never felt pressure from them. I have nothing negative to say.
