Seth was extremely personable and professional and did a thorough and excellent job with both services. He did such a great job on 1 of my commercial properties (gutter cleaning,vinyl siding and shutters) that I asked him to also clean my home. He showed up on time for the scheduled maintenance work and worked straight through for about 3 hours cleaning the entire exterior of my house and around my inground pool.. He exemplifies professionalism in every aspect of his job. From the initial quote to when he was driving away, he did a fantastic job on everything. The concrete pad around my pool looked brand new as soon as the water dried. The house looked great just as it did when it was first sided. I would recommend him to anyone.- Rob R.

The project manager reviewed all work after the job was completed and discussed everything before the final payoff. AJimmy DiFulvio ConstructionWonderful! He's very good. He did our roof a couple years ago too. Did a great job. Price was cheaper than everybody around. Cleanup was beautiful. We've had people here before doing our gutters that have just left a real mess and Jimmy was just meticulous with the clean up. He did a great job. He was here promptly when he told me he would be here and he cleaned them. He was only here about an hour. He gave me some advice about my downspouts. He did a great job. Good price too for gutters. I'd give him an excellent. He's been very prompt with us and good. When he tells you he's going to do something, he's here. We called several people. He was the cheapest and he did the best job. AI just closed on my house at the end of October and it needed chimney sealing. Other contractors promised to take the job on and then did not deliver. One contractor even told me it didn't need work without even going up on the roof. This company was also busy but came out and got the job done within a week or so of my call. The price was also most reasonable. You are my roofers for life Mike Peranich. Thank you for fitting me in. I was so worried that the roof was going to leak and cause damage this winter. AEverything went very well from the first call to completion. Estimator was very responsive, professional and helpful. Project manager and foreman were very good also. The men who did the work were professional, considerate of our home, polite and did a great job and great cleanup. We have an estimate for vinyl fencing installation and will use United Construction again for that, in the spring.
