    New York Orthopedics Specialist
    Surgery went OK. It was done around May15th. It took longer than normal for the swelling to go down and movement to come back. I was Suppose to have a follow appointment this morning August 31 at 7:45 AM. As I pulled into the parking lot at 7:32AM I get a call saying my appointment is cancelled. So 13 minutes before my appointment Dr Haig's office decides to call me and cancel on a Monday morning, where I took a vacation day from work to get this done. The receptionist apologized and said it was their mistake they didn't call me last week. I asked for another appointment that fit my schedule and was told Dr Haig does not work to fit customer's schedules and I would have to take another vacation day to fit his schedule. She confirmed that in this case the customer gets the raw deal. I asked to have the Practice Manager Marlene Ortiz call me, she did not, I had to call her. Long conversation short, she told me I was called last week to cancel that appointment, which i wasn't and her receptionist this morning verified that. She then proceeded to say there was nothing she can do, proceeded to say that the miscommunication was my fault, customer is wrong, and then HUNG UP ON ME! 
    So my knee is still shot, I've used a vacation day just drive to his office and the manager of the office blamed me and hung up on me.
    Back to square one.

    My last experience with him was fine. He's a local. He’s been excellent. I love my dentist. I’ve been seeing him for about 10 years. I never had to wait. He is very pleasant. We see him every six months. Scheduling is good. The office is very nice. The office equipment is great. The staff is excellent. I would tell everyone to go see him. Availability is very good.

    It was fine. I’ve been using them for about 10 years. The customer service was pretty good. The staffs were good. It’s probably a little better managed than the other ones that I’ve been to.

    Pain in next tooth following extraction. Dr. Bloom removed tooth. He took great care to test thoroughly for the reason I was in so much distress. His bedside manner is awesome. A ver caring man. He then continued to treat me for a dry socket after extraction. He always took my phone calls, or would call back fast. Even on a holiday weekend. Great dentist. Thoroughly recommend.

    Dr Paul E Hilburg
    He was very kind, but I was not familiar with the product he used to treat the dry socket. I did end up going to another dentist in the city to finalize treatment. I have had many traumatic experiences with several dentists, but I wpuld go back to Doctor Paul. He strongly suggested I get more cosmetic work done. Told me my caps needed replacing. I sought a second opinion and was told not neccesary.
    I was told to get xrays of the extractions I got done. Although I requested they were sent to Dr. Paul, he said they did not recieve them, and did not follow up on this.
    I had cleaning here. Very thorough, but not so gentle. Ached a lot the next day.

    I was refered to Dr. Steven Rosenberg from my endontist for an extraction after a root canal that did not work. I was in much pain, had been for several weeks, and I was feeling very discouraged. This was an emergency visit, and I was and quot;fitted inand quot; within an hour. His manner was calm, concerned and kind, He was responsive to my fears, very gentle, and put me completely at ease.
    I had to call back with a dry socket a few days later. I left a message on his emergency line. He called me back immediately, suggested I came in and took care of it. He never once made me feel like I was bothering him, unlike other dentists I have experienced in the past.
    I was very impressed, as I have had many bad dental experiences and I am pleased to say, he was one of the best dentists I have dealt with.
    I am Murphy, always the exception, and never the rule. If something can go wrong, it does

    The practice has five or six physicians in it, and they still run on paper by and large.  That can sometimes be frustrating.  The parking can be a challenge but that’s not just the office.  They’re in a medical building with dozens of offices and so all of which compete for the available parking.  There is valet parking but I don’t plan to use that because parking can sometimes be a bit of a challenge.  The employees are not bad.  They are sort of behind the times.  The office is certainly no reason not to see the doctors and the practice.  I will continue to see my doctor and use their services again in the future.

    He has been my primary care physician for 20 years and always has always been really good; however, he did not resolve an esophagus problem for me, so I would say I have a less favorable rating for him than I used to. I am debating about whether to use him again in the future.

    After surgery, the hospital put my father in ICU as he has a pacemaker and needed more care than a normal patient. After the surgery, his blood pressure plumeted and they had to restart his heart. The hospital did not notify any family members of this event, despite having contact information. They left him lying on a gurney in the basement, with no blankets for three days. He left the hospital with a dollar-sized blood blister on his left heel and pneumonia. The neglect at this hospital nearly killed him. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here for care.

    Forman, Dr. Scott
    Lisa has been most courteous and understanding. After discussing the insurance problem, I asked about the form that I had sent in August of 2009. She said that she could have Dr. Forman complete it ASAP. When it was returned to me, I had some questions that only Dr. Forman could address and Lisa told me she would ask him to call me back. He promptly returned my call and offered to assist me as much as possible with the documentation that I need. Some of his comments led me to believe that his former office manager had not provided certain information to him. It was important to me that he took the time to further discuss my concerns. My previous review was based on the actions of the former office manager and I continued to recommend Dr. Forman. I am certain that Lisa's efficiency and pleasant manner have been a wonderful enhancement to his practice.
