    Brunswick Veterinary Hospital
I switched to them within the last 2 years. I like everything about them. I like their service and how quickly you are able to get into them. The vet is very empathetic and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with them. Their prices are very reasonable. Yes, I would use this provider again.

I took my 3 shelties there for grooming. Shelties are not an easy breed to groom and I have had a hard time finding a groomer who kept them looking like shelties without making them choppy. All 3 dogs came out beautifully, the staff was professional and they all came out happy and relaxed. I will definitely use again and recommend!

    Gardner's Dog & Cat Care
Susan is very trustworthy and we refer to her as Aunt Sue. We have five cats. Some of them have special needs with medication and diet. Susan has always been meticulous with adhering to these needs. She is excellent about communication and always asks if anything has changed since the last time she visited. We also really like that she sends us photos on our phones each time she visits. This really puts us at ease. We highly recommend Susan to others.

    Purrfect Pet Sitting
The pets love to be in their own environment and always seem so happy when we come home.
My dog always stressed out when she had to spend extended time in the kennel and being
an older dog, it was always hard to see. They take sure good care of her and provide me with
details about their visits. I am confident that they are well cared for and when there is an
issue they tell me and follow up on it, as needed.

    Oakwood Veterinary Clinic
This is our 3rd visit to this clinic. The first was an emergency for our 14.5 yr old spayed female Westie. She had been bleeding heavily while urinating. To mitigate costly testing, Dr Mongil recommended treatment for a suspected urinary tract infection as all the symptoms pointed to this diagnosis. His assessment was correct and the symptoms resolved with a course of antibiotics. Our previous vet would have exploited our fear to order tests, x-rays, you name it. So Dr Mongil's response was a welcome perspective.
2 week's later, our 14 yr old neutered male Wheaten terrier developed a horrible limp with almost complete hip dysfunction. Walking was not an option. Again we saw Dr Mongil, and again the symptoms were in-line with a common problem. As before, he stated what "testing" we could do to know the problem unequivically. But, instead, he recommended 2 options based on a diagnosis of spinal stenosis: 1) pursue the previous vet's formulary, which managed Jake's low back issues, but which might present kidney/liver problems in the future or 2) try condroitin injections that offered anti-inflammatory benefits without the side-effects. We opted for 2) without incurring the costs of all the "testing" and, again, Dr Mongil's diagnosis/treatment seems to have hit the nail on the head.
Both dogs are doing very well and we couldn't be happier. We would recommend this clinic to everyone with dogs.

    Capital District Mobile Veternariy Services
She travels to the house to see your animals.  She does everything that she can do with the mobile service, I think x-rays and obviously surgeries need to be referred elsewhere but she does blood work, she does physicals.  It is wonderful.  I really recommend her.  I was just searching around on google because I have a very old cat that is just impossible to take to the vet and I thought that Mr. Kitty was not long for this world.  I thought if I could have any services done at home, it would be better for the cat.  Her name is Sarah Nolan.  She charges by mileage, how far you are from where she is.  It turned out not to be that expensive, I don’t think it’s any more expensive than taking my cat to the normal veterinary.  Veterinary prices range enormously.  I think it was average, I don’t think it was really any more, blood work was about $90 which actually was less than the veterinary I used to go to.  I think an initial house call maybe was $50 but she was offering a special $20 off.  It’s another service I can’t recommend highly enough.  It’s a big consideration if somebody has a cat or if the pet is elderly.  It works both ways and I think more animals are probably more comfortable in the house anyway.  She is excellent.  Her exam was thorough, she answers all questions and I’m a pain because I am crazy about this cat and she gives you a lot of information that you need to make any kind of decisions towards care or your pet.  She is very patient and her assistant is terrific.  They can round up cats pretty easily.  She travels with an assistant.  Her assistant is wonderful.  They are both very experienced.  I can only tell through handling an older cat and one who is, she is not a passive cat when she is in any situation like that, they were great and they were able to do the blood work which the other veterinary I’ve had trouble with them being able to do blood work on this cat.  The combination of being of terrific technique and being on their own home, it really helps the animal.

    Pet Spas & Suites
Pet Spas is GREAT. We have been using them for years for boarding our cats when on vacation. We call it "kitty camp". Our cats are always happy and well cared for there. The staff know our cats personally right down to their likes and dislikes, who will sleep with who and who needs their own "space". We have always been satisfied with Pet Spas, have referred many friends and family members to them and will continue to do so.

    Collar City Hospital
They have great personal attention. The Dr. Linendoll is very good and very attentive. She is very personally interested in my animal and so are the vet techs, they take personal interest. Good competence seems to be a good thing. I think their cost is comparable to other vets but I don't really have a good handle on how they compare cost. They offer personalized attention and they seem to be competent at the same time.

    Capital District Veterinary Referral Hospital
My cat received excellent care. We arrived on a very busy Saturday evening. Even though they were very busy and we waited 2 hours to go to an exam room, my cat was triaged and assessed several times while we waited in the wating room. Upon discharge to my vet on Monday morning, I was given copies of her medial record and xrays to take to my vet.
