    I went through **** with Carbone and their Manager, Kevin Hoagland, and old Service Manager, Rich Grubin, who repeatedly treated me like a garbage human, and offered no help (yet has tried to tell me that he���s been a champion for me). My car was in their shop 19 times in 19 months. Many of those times my car was there for days on end and sometimes over a week. I repeatedly asked for things to be fixed that never were. One of their mechanics pulled me aside and told me that I had been being gravely lied to and that there was a lot wrong with my car that was not being properly fixed. Let it be known that I wrote letters to Enessa Carbone, the big boss of Carbone, about my problems and she never responded. I also took this to the top of Carbone's mother company, Lithia Motors, and never received help there either. I have every record, every email, and every letter to prove their combined exhaustive gross negligence��� I first started taking my Subaru WRX to Carbone after the first engine and turbo failure at 42K. They rebuilt the small block and it failed. They replaced the small block and it failed. That was just the beginning. (NOTE: there are many lawsuits occurring for 2012���2018 Subaru engine defects���I just received official word that I am included on one them that automatically extends my powertrain warranty to 100K). The only thing that kept me sane during the over 40 times I had to physically be in that shop was Franny McGivern, the former Service Rep, that treated me kindly, respectfully, and was a truly honest man. SOME of the ���repairs��� completed at their shop: * rebuild small block (connecting rod bearing, camshaft, etc.) * completely replace small block * oil pan/oil pump (metal contamination) * battery went bad after engine repairs after the car was returned to me * random intercooler inlet disconnected/clamp broken, towed back right after getting back for engine repair * front axle * cv boot * sway bar links * random check engine light on * ball bearings * bushings * hood prop rod * bad map sensor * bad o2 sensors * throw-out bearing * heat mode door * heat hose clamps * major idle problems (were sometimes through the roof 3k, and sometimes so low���would have to give gas to keep car running) * cleaned throttle body * dash lights on without key in ignition or lights turned on (1X) * windshield spray sprayed on its own (1X) * adjusted e-brake * intake hose/clamps left off, replaced * windshield 2xs (rocks) ���now the dash squeaks * front breaks were replaced and they left the anti-rattle clips off and they squeaked for a year before the dealership finally agreed to look closely at them twice and finally found the clips missing * etc��� TODAY my car has ~66K on it and I brought it to another Subaru dealer for a full look over and what they have found is beyond disturbing, yet I am not at all surprised: * Engine missing hardware * bolt sheered off in engine frame * turbo mount brackets missing * heat shield over turbo missing * clutch that was just taken out to repair another part and was working perfectly before Carbonne took it out, but has been acting up since they put it back in, now deemed bad * cowl fasteners missing * engine pitch stopper is not secure and hardware missing * front fender loose at mounting point * transmission missing hardware and incorrect fasteners ��� etc. NEEDLESS TO SAY, Carbone has been doing me wrong for a long time. I knew that. I now have physical proof. To my face, Kevin Hoagland told me that I was no longer allowed to take my car to Carbone, and then he proceeded to describe my car completely wrong���the wrong year, wrong diagnoses, wrong amount of miles, etc. and make claim to have done right by me. You better believe that I called him a liar and told him I would get justice and was loud enough to make sure every last person in Carbone heard me. I WAS NOT WRONG. I will not be taken advantage or lied to. I will rightly win this fight. And, hopefully, the mechanics that have been neglectful, harmful and dishonest about my car, and Kevin Hoagland, are fired.

    Geico arranged for TowAway LLC to tow my vehicle after a crash. ������ They arrived promptly, however, that's when the complaining began. ������The driver complained that the request came in "so late in the day" (at 5pm), then he complained about having to get to the body shop before they closed. He complained that ���Geico didn���t tell us the vehicle was in an accident, they never tell us anything���. Then, he complained about the road, claimed that there was "too much ice" to do the towing, and refused to tow the vehicle. He gave me his card and said to call back once some of the ice had melted. Granted, there was some ice. So the next morning, I went out and put two hundred pounds of road salt down on the ice. Temperatures rose into the mid-40's. The following day (now 2 days later), its 50 degrees out, and the ice is 98% melted. I called Geico to reschedule the tow, and Geico called TowAway back to come and tow the vehicle. I received a call from TowAway shortly thereafter, where I was told that they were concerned about the ice. In a rude, patronizing tone they said ���If there is any ice, we will not tow the vehicle and we will still charge you for the Tow.��� I informed them that had been heavily salted, that 98% of the ice was melted and they should have no problem. ������They then told me they were refusing to tow the vehicle due to "safety reasons" and that they would call Geico to cancel the tow. Slauson Automotive came out an hour later and towed the vehicle without any trouble, or complaining.

    My husband and I stopped in to see the car. Both Mark and his receptionist were very friendly. Mark took us out to see the car then gave us the keys to take a test drive. It was definitely what I wanted and was in great shape. Mark helped me secure financing and we set an appointment to pick up the car. When I got there Mark had the paperwork all ready, we got everything all explained and signed then went outside to get the car. It was all ready for me. Mark had it beautifully detailed and the plates had been moved from my old car to the new one while we signed the paperwork. I have never had such a smooth and quick car transaction before (either new or used). Thank you to everybody at 2010 Auto Sales! I am now going into winter with a great running, great looking and safe car. If I ever get tired of the car or when it has lived it's life out, I will be heading back to Mark for a new one.

    Great! On time pickup of vehicle. Absolutely no damage to body, undercarriage or mechanical. Both Executive and the driver kept in contact. And because it would have been dark when the driver arrived in area and was bad weather, the driver delivered first thing the next morning. This was still a day earlier than we had expected. We were thrilled with the entire job, start to finish.

    Very good experience, this is the second time I bought a CRV from the same sales clerk and she's very good and because of the fact that I wound up in a hospital two days before I was supposed to pick the car up when I came out of the hospital I explained that I was home but wouldn't be able to drive for a while and since I only lived like about maybe 4 miles from the car dealership, they delivered the car and picked up my old one.

    They're all very friendly and very honest about everything that was going on. The service people take the car, you don't actually get to see any of them but the people there at the front desk are actually the ones that go between.

    They're very diplomatic about what they do and how they say it. I'm very happy with what they do.

    It went very well. Friday morning John called the work was done. I picked up the car and it was running and handling the best it has been in a long time. There may still be a couple of other things that need attention but John and his crew are consummate professionals that even corrected a few other things that the other guys did that weren't very professional like leaving out a lot of bolts -- you know all those optional bolts the factory put in that your car doesn't need! And they even threw in a free oil change to boot great job!

    We have been bringing our cars to Krispin's for several years now.  They have always been honest, affordable, and open with the customer.  They will often recommend additional services but with zero pressure to commit to them.  As a repeat customer I've had them perform minor work for free and they have always been very responsive if I've had any problems.  It's hard to find a reliable, honest auto service garage, but Krispin's is the real deal!

    I was in a bind with a friend's car which was leaking oil rather rapidly and had many issues as it had been rather neglected for years.  We found Caruso's on Angie's list and to my surprise I called Monday am and they offered to take a look and gave us an appointment in 90 minutes.  When we arrived 10 minutes late, they were most courteous and said they would look it over and see what all was necessary.  While we went out to lunch they did a very thorough inspection and came up with a long list is serious issues which were quite involved and would run in to a good bit of money for a car which is 17 years old and had high miles.  They were very detailed and discussed "must repair" issues vs what would be needed in the near future, with consideration for a limited budget and work arounds for expensive repairs.  In the end I'm not sure the car is worth repairing and we talked of this for some time.  
    I'm not clear if we will get the work done, but I can assure you I will be back the next time I need general repair work done.  They did not even charge us for the estimate and inspection and really admire their customer service!
