    I would rate everything as an A with them also. 

    They're all very friendly and very honest about everything that was going on. The service people take the car, you don't actually get to see any of them but the people there at the front desk are actually the ones that go between.

    They're very diplomatic about what they do and how they say it. I'm very happy with what they do.

    It went very well. Friday morning John called the work was done. I picked up the car and it was running and handling the best it has been in a long time. There may still be a couple of other things that need attention but John and his crew are consummate professionals that even corrected a few other things that the other guys did that weren't very professional like leaving out a lot of bolts -- you know all those optional bolts the factory put in that your car doesn't need! And they even threw in a free oil change to boot great job!

    We have been bringing our cars to Krispin's for several years now.  They have always been honest, affordable, and open with the customer.  They will often recommend additional services but with zero pressure to commit to them.  As a repeat customer I've had them perform minor work for free and they have always been very responsive if I've had any problems.  It's hard to find a reliable, honest auto service garage, but Krispin's is the real deal!

    I was in a bind with a friend's car which was leaking oil rather rapidly and had many issues as it had been rather neglected for years.  We found Caruso's on Angie's list and to my surprise I called Monday am and they offered to take a look and gave us an appointment in 90 minutes.  When we arrived 10 minutes late, they were most courteous and said they would look it over and see what all was necessary.  While we went out to lunch they did a very thorough inspection and came up with a long list is serious issues which were quite involved and would run in to a good bit of money for a car which is 17 years old and had high miles.  They were very detailed and discussed "must repair" issues vs what would be needed in the near future, with consideration for a limited budget and work arounds for expensive repairs.  In the end I'm not sure the car is worth repairing and we talked of this for some time.  
    I'm not clear if we will get the work done, but I can assure you I will be back the next time I need general repair work done.  They did not even charge us for the estimate and inspection and really admire their customer service!

    I have been using this shop for 3+ years on raving reviews from two friends. I trust Stephen and his crew 110%.
    They did not let me down for my most recent repair, a flat tire. I called mid day and they told me to bring it in the next morning to diagnose whether they could fix the tire or not. I was feeling lazy and told them to just go ahead and order me a new tire without having seen the car but, per their M.O., they felt this wasn't fair and could end up costing me more than was necessary and so convinced me to bring it in for analysis. They diagnosed it was not repairable within 5 minutes of arriving (took me back to show me the tire) and said they'd call when the new tire was in. I got a call back that afternoon, and my new tire was on about 20 minutes after arriving, including a test drive they took it on. Fast, thorough, and honest. And they actually called me 2x about the tire arriving, as the first call went to voice mail and they just wanted to be sure I knew the tire was ready. (thank you, Ernie!)
    All of my repairs follow this same story. My money has been flat out denied because a fix was "barely anything," Stephen told me very seriously that he doesn't operate that way...such an honest professional! He is always so polite and personable, remembers my husband and I by name and asks how the other is doing. The staff seems genuinely happy to be there. Yearly inspections are that much less of a headache because everyone is so accommodating. Pricing is great because he's so honest and fair with labor time. And all of the work done to our three vehicles has been top notch. One of our cars is a Saab, which can be a bear to find parts for and repair, but they do it with ease.
    I am over the moon satisfied with this business!

    I was very happy with the service I received.  They really took care to make sure the job was done right, and when the diagnosis proved more difficult and time consuming than originally anticipated, they spent a good deal of extra time to find out what the problem was but did not add on extra labor charges. They explained everything that was done every step of the way. Service was professional, and they took the time to make sure it was done right.  I would definitely recommend Vinny's Garage for auto services/repairs.

    They have a convenient location to where I was employed. I like the fact that it is a husband and wife run shop and not a big chain. They seem to be pretty straightforward and the prices are comparable to other places. They also provide transportation when you drop your vehicle off if you need a ride.

    I made an appointment on 6/25/14 to have a 12,000 mile check of my 2013 Honda Civic. When I called to make the appointment, I was asked the year and make of the car that I was bringing in.
     Two days later, I brought my car in for the 1 o"clock appointment.  The woman who signed me in was friendly & professional. I asked approximately how long the 12,000 check up would take and was told that it would take about 45 minutes. About 20 minutes after my car was in the garage, a service tech. told me that I needed 2 new tires, that one had a nail in it and the other had a cut in it from a pot hole or curb. I was leaving the next day to go to Portland, ME and asked that the new tires be put on my car. I asked approximately how long that would take, and he told me that it would take about an hour.
    I sat across from the service desk, and after two and a half hours, I asked if my car was ready. I was told that they didn't have one of the filters in stock because the car was so new. They had to have one delivered by truck and the truck had not arrived yet. I told them that I had a 4 o'clock appointment in a town that was about a half hour away and that I really had to leave. I asked if they could call to find out where the truck was and was told no, that the truck driver couldn't talk while driving. The woman who signed me in, said that if I wanted, they could put the old filter back in my car at no charge and I could come back to have the new one installed at another time. At that point, the truck with the filter that they didn't have in stock, pulled in. They changed the filter, I paid the bill and I left. 
    Since I made an appointment 2 days in advance, AAA Car Care should have checked their inventory in order to be prepared to service the car.
    The AAA Car Care customer service was completely unacceptable. I was left sitting in direct view for two and a half hours and was never informed that they didn't have the correct filter, they had to have one shipped in and there would be a delay.
    The manager told me that they didn't have the filter in stock because my 2013 Honda Civic was so new.  2014 Honda Civics were released over 6 months ago. 
    Offering to put my old filter back in my car made no sense to me. Did the filter really have to be replaced? The following day,  I called the manager and voiced my complaints. He offered a free oil change for the inconvenience that I experienced.
    The manager did not apologize for not having the correct filter in stock for my appointment, or for their omission in telling me that there would be a delay of any sort.
     I tried to contact the managers supervisor to voice my complaints and was unable to obtain the name of his supervisor. I called the listing for corporate AAA and listings for AAA Clubs in surrounding areas. I was given 4 different contact numbers by AAA representatives at the businesses that I had already contacted and was unable to obtain the name anyone who was higher up in the chain of command at AAA. This leads me to believe that this AAA Service Station in Clifton Park, NY is lacking in direct supervision and that they are not held accountable to a readily available contact.
