    Locktight Waterproofing Corp
The crew showed up on time. I was not at all confident that they could finish in the estimated time, especially since they were excavating both inside and outside perimeter. They began work promptly and excavated the basement. When I saw the pile of debris at the end of the first day, I was certain the job would take longer than the estimate. The very next day  all of the debris was gone!  The next day I came home and the outside had a huge ditch.  I knew they were able to finish on time. Thursday it rained all day. The entire outside had not been finished, I walked into basement with my fingers-crossed. Not a bit of water was evident. I used to call the basement " A River Runs Through It". No more. When I arrived home from work on Friday all the work was complete, all the debris gone all of the soil outside put back in place. Walter and his crew did an AMAZING job. The basement had been deodorized and the floor cleaned. I couldn't have imagined this. I couldn't have asked for more. I am planning to get an estimate for drainage in my yard which is more a rice paddy than a lawn. I recommend Locktight without reservation.

ENGINEER WAS PROMPT, NICE GUY, VERY RELAXED. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND ANSWERED QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS RECOMMENDING. NOT A REAL LONG ASSESSMENT (MAYBE ABOUT 45 MINUTES). SENT ME DRAWINGS ABOUT 10 DAYS LATER THAT I NEEDED FOR THE TOWN AND FRANK'S.

The owner of the company, Will, is an outstanding gentleman; extremely professional.
Will quickly responded to my inquiry for a free estimate.  He thoroughly explained to me exactly what he was going to do and why,
Because this December has been so mild, after signing a contract, Will, along with his crew, were out on the job within a week
Everyone was courteous and polished professionals.  The job was complete in one day and a half.  Upon leaving, you would never know they were here!  The grass/sod was replaced and they did an impeccable job cleaning up!
If you're in need of drain tile, I think it would be a mistake not to call Will first!  He is that good!!

    Fadale Enterprises, Inc.
Punctual, professional inspection.  Explained everything in detail, answered all my questions.  I have decided to go with Fadale for the work after having 3 inspections/estimates.  So far, so good.  Work will not be done for a couple months due to scheduling concerns (theirs and mine).  Will review again when work completed.

Our hot water went on a Friday night, of course.  We'd had a good experience with this company regarding waterproofing our basement, so we thought we'd see how the were rated on Angie's List.  After we saw they had an 'A,' we gave them a call.  I was surprised and very pleased that they were able to come out the very next morning to replace our hot water tank, as we have a newborn and didn't want to be using only cold water for very long for everything you can imagine.
The price was higher than I'd hoped, but we got a plumbing grade hot water tank as opposed to one you can buy at the big box stores, and I'm pleased with the product so far.
So overall, a good experience and I would use them again.

About 6 men did the work. They were very organized. They covered the path from the door to the basement where the inside work was done. They were polite, professional. The foreman kept us abreast of progress. He did took seriously questions that my wife and I had. He did not talk down to my wife. They moved and covered up everything in the basement with plastic. I had moved a lot of  stuff out ahead of time. They dug about a one foot wide trench along the inside  perimeter of the basement, installed drain pipe and re-cemented with several vents. The pipe runs to the new sump pump. They did repairs and drainage on the outside perimeter as well. Everything was hooked up to pre-existing storm drains. The work took three days.

My only mild complaint is that the utility sink in the basement pitches slightly forward, and so it does not drain as completely as it should. I did not ask them to fix it.

We had this done in response to water in the basement. We did not have a sump pump prior to this and had 9 inches of water in the basement last February. We have not had much rain, and so I cannot verify that all is OK, but it seems to be at this point.

Excellant!! so glad I decided to go with Frank's and have all the work done. After how wet, cold and rainy this fall/winter has been my basement is 100% dry!  looks great! no musty smell and dampness/water issues are gone.

The crew came and got to work immediately. They were able to get all three sides trenched out and loaded with stone that day. They came back the next day and got the okay from the town inspector to pour the cement. I was very happy with the outcome and hired them again to bio-clean the walls. Dick Young, the owner, is extremely accommodating and really wants to make sure you are satisfied.

    UTECH BASEMENT WATERPROOFING
They did an excellent job. They had repaired a leak 22yaers ago and there was a slight opening in the repair that they had done. So I called and they returned and redid the whole thing at no cost to me. They took everything that they had done before and redid the whole thing. So I am very happy. They guarantee their work. The guys that came out and made the decision with me was Mark Utech was the son of the man I dealt with 22yaers ago but there was no charge. They were on time, didn’t leave a mess, did it for free and it was great. It was a first good experience that I have ever had in terms of usually it takes three times to make somebody do something right but these guys came, agreed with their leak, fixed it at no charge and were perfect.

The gentleman was knowledgeable. He checked everything thoroughly before he determined what he felt needed to be done. His quote was reasonable, but when we came down to asking for the coupon, they wouldn’t take that because they said they has this other system that they sell you to give you a 10% discount, but then you got to pay and the difference between the two is slightly more than the discount that they offer. They also had coupons in a flyer that was sent around and he wouldn’t take those coupons either. When they installed it last Friday, they put the vent pipe for the sewer line within a foot or foot and a half of my sidewalk directly in the line of the block wall that we have on our garden there. Every once in a while when we walk by that vent pipe, you smell the sewer gas. I had them out yesterday. They came and asked me three times to finish paying for it, but I said I want to know what they’re going to do about it first and I still haven’t heard anything back on what they are going to do with that.
