ADiMartino Construction & RemodelingThe estimate I got from John was the best and he had done some smaller jobs for me in the past so I was familiar with his work. The crew showed up every day and worked hard. They were all friendly and any questions or concerns I had were addressed on the spot. The job seemed to move along at a good pace. Once the job was finished, John even said that he would come back and replace the lamp post top and light fixture out front since I hadn't thought to buy new ones ahead of time. True to his word, he came back a week later and completed that for me. It looks like I have a new house and the neighbors have all stated how great they think it looks!- Ann K.

ADiMartino Construction & RemodelingJohn was only one of 4-5 contractors to respond to my request for an estimate. I went to another company to get a 2nd estimate. In late July, John had estimated my project would start in late Sept/Oct, job actually started 2-3 weeks later, to coordinate with another job in my neighborhood. I was fine with a very minor delay. Some rotted boards on my detached garage were replaced as per contract, where needed. John sent his crew chief to my house immediately after I told John that my garage doors wouldn’t close. Problem was corrected that night. Siding, fascia, soffit look great, lots of compliments from neighbors. My wife and I are very satisfied. Only one minor issue, there was some small debris I cleaned up after the dumpster was picked up. There could be better coordination between contractor and dumpster company. (I’m not perfect either). He was able to offer many suggestions and showed us many photos to help us visualize possibilities. As COVID 19 supply and chain issues impacted ability to get the the specific quality and size boards that we needed, Mr DiMartino never gave up !! He continued to communicate updates with us and used all powers within him to find us just what we needed ! When our boards came in his team started right up with the project. They are very professional and very respectful. The attention to detail and meeting our needs was IMPRESSIVE ! The work was high quality ! From the estimate process, all the way to the completion of the project John was more than willing and able to answer all our questions and make suggestions for things we had not considered. At no point during the whole process did we ever feel that we were being pressured to do anything we did not want or talked out of what we wanted. John ensured we were completely comfortable and satisfied throughout the entire evolution. They showed up on the first day of work with an army of men and proceeded to wow my wife and me with the pace of work. At no time did we feel that corners were being cut or we were not getting the best quality of work. When John was not here to answer our questions or concerns his foreman went out of his way every day to ensure we had no questions or issues with what had already been done or the direction of the project. The project was completed ahead of schedule, on budget, and to our satisfaction. We could not be happier with the quality and value of the work we received. AAffordable Solutions by BrianBrian was great. He arrived when he said, did a great job with the work explaining as he went along about any issues that came up, and cleaned up afterwards. AMarshall Exteriors LLCWe first met the folks from Marshall Exteriors at the Syracuse Home Show in March 2019. We spoke with Travis to explain our needs. The excitement he showed regarding our project matched our own excitement. Of course you expect Sales people to do their pitch to draw you in, but let me say that excitement Travis had lasted throughout every single meeting and conversation we had for the length of our project. He was out at our house taking pictures and talking to us more the very same day that we met him at the show and within a week he was back with his proposal. I was stunned by his speed and responsiveness. In comparison, another vendor we met at the Home Show came out to look at the house a few days later and we never heard from him again. After all the contracts were signed and we were on the schedule, it was a few short months before our project began. We were having almost all the windows in our house torn out and replaced with significantly larger windows. We went from small sliders to larger double hung windows. We also had a large roof built over our front porch, and the house sided with vinyl siding. The crews that worked on our house were great! I wish I could remember everyone's names to give them proper credit, but they all were extremely professional and friendly. They were working day in and day out through some pretty nasty weather. When other companies would have taken a "rain day", the Marshall crew was there. I was amazed at the speed at which they were able to complete the entire project. They also did a great job in cleanup. There were no piles of junk left for me to deal with when the project was complete. While that seams like something that all companies should do, I know for a fact that is not the case. We have been left big messes in the past. So for me this was huge. Last summer we needed a window replaced (one we hadn't done previously) and my first thought was to call Travis at Marshall. He came out to give us an estimate with that same enthusiasm as he had for our first project, even though replacing one window isn't nearly as exciting of a project. Since this was a replacement window, vs. new contraction, a majority of the work was done from the inside. The 2 employees who did the work were amazing! I believe Jordan was one of them. The window looks great and there wasn't a speck of dirt in the room from the work they did. This second project (single window replacement) was done in the midst of the COVID pandemic, and not once did I feel uncomfortable having either Travis or the crew in my house. We could not be happier with Marshall Exteriors and the work they did on our home. It looks like a brand new place and we absolutely love it. We are typically DIYers, but for any construction project beyond our skill, Marshall is our contractor of choice. I highly recommend Marshall Exteriors to anyone looking to do a home improvement project.- Elizabeth M.

AWe hired Mike to remodel our basement bathroom. He maintained excellent communication as he squeezed us in between other jobs, which we appreciated. His guys did a great job on the tile work. There was an issue with getting the glass shower door that we had selected and he was able to find an alternative. In total the job cost ~7500 which was more than we were initially looking to spend, but it came out looking nice overall.

AGreat! Received a quote the day I called and was able to schedule for a week later, weather dependent due to it being December. We are not sure our Mom's windows had ever been professionally cleaned. Our Dad would wash the outside but he has been gone for almost 13 years. There was a heavy film on the outside which made them look like the seals were broken, they were not. They now sparkle, cleanest they have ever been! They also discovered the front gutter was loaded with years of pine needles despite hiring someone to clean them out just this last October. Guess they missed this one and would not come back since it had been over 30 days. Emerald cleaned them and flushed out the downspouts also. Even those that were done in October. Really nice people and they did an awesome job.

AMy wife and I hired Artisan Renovations to do our kitchen remodel. We chose him because he came up with a great design for our kitchen and his estimate was very reasonable. On day one, he put up plastic walls around our kitchen to minimize the spread of dust to the rest of our house. He worked very hard to finish up any projects before leaving for the day. He was very respectful of our dogs and my working from home situation. At the end, there were no surprise expenses. My wife and I are extremely happy with the way the kitchen turned out. Several of our family members have already asked for his card after seeing our kitchen. We will definitely hire him again when it's time for the next project.

I called s friend of a friend who wanted to charge me 43 percent more for the same project. I took a chance for price and positive reviews on Angie's List. I'm glad I did.
