    Completely reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, from pool renovations to weekly maintenance, pool always looks and runs beautifully. Owner on site, and can do all repairs if needed, more knowledgeable than our heating company and actually fixed our heater even though our contract with our oil company said it was unfixable. Great service, owner really cares, and always responds via text/phone within minutes! Completely professional and would highly recommend! Extremely happy!

    Maria was the first to respond to our phone call and she set up a date to come over to go over the installation process. She is really wonderful. The owner John, came over to measure the pool himself. We set up a date for the installation and they were right on time. The installation crew was great, did the work in 90 degree heat and left leaving the new liner looking beautiful. There were some minor wrinkles in the pool a few days later and my wife called the owner John and they immediately came back the next day and resolved the wrinkles and the pool is absolutely perfect. I'm a professional in the real estate business and deal with contractors all day long. This contractor is without a doubt one of the best contractors I've dealt with and they deserve to be given your business.

    Blue Wave Pool Service
    Blue Wave's "no problem we'll take care of it" actually meant something. Turns out our filter grids were clogged (and in need of replacement), which then meant our salt generator wasn't chlorinating the pool nor was the Polaris wasn't cleaning it. Though the grids weren't getting replaced on no notice (I take for granted he had other pools to service), they still came as many times as necessary (3). Then, though the pool was now blue, my main filter pump stopped working the night before, and both he and another person from Blue Wave again came first thing the next morning (day of the party) and everything was back to normal in about an hour by 10am (guests started arriving at noon). While that may not sound miraculous, I can't stress enough that I was not a longstanding customer, and to that point had not yet paid him a dime. That even though it was someone else's messes he was cleaning up, he made us feel like it was his burden to fix and do so right away. We were going through tremendous stress/anxiety with nearly 100 people arriving. Through the week, Shlomi insisted I call his cell should anything arise (he is very responsive and always calls back, which is also pretty unusual from my experience with other companies). Everything went perfectly and no one could tell the problems we had just a few days earlier. Total done: 2.5 hrs initial cleanup @$90 ($225) (it takes a long time to vac our extra large pool when there's a lot of debris), cleaning the DE filter grids ($75) that should have been done by the prior company at/after the opening, 1 additional 'weekly' visit at $75 the day before the party (I'm used to weekly cleanings being more because our pool is enormous), and $75 to repair the filter pump on a Saturday morning. No extra surcharges for emergencies or any of that. Also some charges for chemicals (DE and liquid shock), which were roughly the same I was paying when running back & forth to Leslie's myself. Total was $450 plus about $80 in chemicals (plus $45 tax). For 3 separate visits in 5 days, plus cleaning/fixing of 2 pieces of equipment (clean the gross filter grids, fix filter pump) and probably about 4 total hours of power-vacuuming while our Polaris wasn't working, as an emergency on no notice, this was more than fair.

    We have worked with Coastline for over 5 years.  The staff is extremely knowledgeable and responsive.  Very easy to get them by phone.  We bring them pictures and they tell us what to do.  While their service is very good, they are willing to help you do-it-yourself.  They do our pool opening and closing each year.  Several years ago our Polaris wasn't working and they fixed it rather than sell me a new one.  They look out for the customer!!!

    Joel and his team did a great job! First of all, they arrived on time. They are polite and easy to work with. They performed pressure test thoroughly on the suction line, the return line and the main drain line. A leak was located and fixed in the suction line. They also found that the skimmers are separated from the concrete. They filled the cracks with eproxy. They also spent time to answer all my questions. Overall it was a great experience!
    I had to add an inch of water everyday before they came. It has been a week now since they fixed the leaks and I still don't need to add any water. I would definitely recommend True Blue to anyone that requires the service!

    The provider did nothing. They were supposed to power vac my pool. They came and said it was green and would shock it. I accepted the price and Bart said he would come back Saturday when it the water was clear to vacuum. Saturday morning when I called to confirm, they said they were NOT coming back and he thought that point was already made Clear to me. I was shocked to hear this because this was NEVER conveyed to me. Had I known I would have secured another pool service company so my pool would be swim able this weekend but clearly no one at this company knows how to communicate because even when I called yesterday to confirm it was not mentioned then either!!! Very rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate!

    Elderly families do get bullied. "Anthony" was impatient and angry and clearly very much on a tight schedule from the moment he arrived. Yes, he removed our pool cover for summarization, and yes he attached our four pool pumps, but decided that he only needed to check two pumps for function (and decided only one needed to be turned on). Then, when he decided we needed another inch or two of water in our pool to "test skimmer function", he simply left. When called 3 hours later when the pool was "full to his standards" he claimed he didn't know who we were (because he was so busy), then claimed he would return in two days to finish the pool opening (testing the skimmers, testing the other two pumps including polaris and waterfall--all of which were on his written bill). He never returned, nor did he return phone calls. Beware of companies which have PO Box numbers as addresses. We once dealt with a company which changed phone numbers every year. I will make formal complaints to the BBB and to the company which referred this man to us. A lot of his anger and impatience was from explaining what he was doing to a 70-year-old (physician), I think, because of the number of times he rolled his eyes and the way he left without announcing his departure to the homeowners but only announcing he was finished and collecting payment from their younger daughter.
