    Crystal Run Healthcare - Goshen
I have a number of doctors at Crystal Run: dermatologist, internist (my primary physician), endocrinologist, cardiologist, two neurologists, three orthopedists, diabetic educator, a G-I doc, gynecologist, urologist, and an infectious disease specialist. I am a complicated case. One of the best things about this practice is that they cover everything, and that the individual's records are online and shared among all the doctors who work on you. I have gradually turned to them to cover all aspects of my health except for my pulmonologist (whom I've had for more than 15 years and deals with my allergic-related asthma and critical care, including sleep apnea) and my eye doctor down at the NY Eye and Ear Infirmary in Manhattan. He cares for my diabetic retinopathy and narrow-angle glaucoma and has done a number of laser operations that have made living with narrow angle glaucoma not such a scary deal. It is good to have all the doctors on the same page so that they all know what else is going on. I have the two aforementioned docs send copies of my records to Crystal Run so everything is in the same place. Crystal Run Healthcare has expanded to an incredible facility. When I started going, in 2001, it was one medical building, then there were satellite branches throughout the county, now it covers all of two counties with immense new facilities and every specialty you can imagine. The employees are excellent, from their clean, efficient surgical suites, a complete rehab facility - including a massive salt-water pool - and sleep clinics, the care is the best. The facility is also very involved with the community, sponsoring many health issue educational programs, and healthy community events such as the Classic 10K run every June. You really couldn't ask for more in a medical practice. Crystal Run Healthcare is one of the main reasons I'm glad I live here, considering my existing health issues. My husband and I have always looked forward to retirement and moving out west again, but leaving my doctors is a little scary.

They got me an appointment the very next day after I called. They were very good. My doctor took her time with me and was very thorough. I've been seeing them almost 4 years now. They even referred me to Stonybrook Orthopedics and they are very good as well!

He agreed to fit me into his calendar, agreed I needed surgery and gave me a choice of tomorrow or a month later. I took the former Surgery took 3 hours and it took several months for me to fully recover 100% of my energy thoug I returned to work in 6 weeks

    Barbara Stewart MD
Parking was no problem, office was very east to find.  The office environment was great. The entrance lead onto the first floor with a easy waldown to the waitingroom, exam and billing offices.  The best part (if you are under the age of 10) was a tunnel slide from the entraway down to the waiting room?  Dr. Barbara Stewart communicated with my Granddaughter wonderfully.  Dr. Stewart's examination and explaination of her diagnosis was very thorough.  She was very patient with and answered your questions. You left the office feeling confident that your child's well being was in good hands.

    Hands on Massage
The practice is called Hands On Massage and Alice Pace is my therapist. They listen well and know what they're doing. Their treatment is effective. It has worked wonders for me. I will be using them again next week. I have nothing bad to say about them.

    David Saur MD
My elderly father had never seen a neurologist or psychiatrist but he was losing his orientation to time and place and his memory was going. Dr. Saur did an evaluation, had a couple of followup appointments and even visited my Dad at the hospital after he had congestive heart failure. He is a very competent, intelligent and compassionate doctor and I highly recommend him.

I had seen Dr. Cuzzone about a year ago for another issue and that was and still is resolved. I returned because of different problem. I feel that this provider is highly competent and very experienced in his specialty. In addition he is a very nice person, which always helps. Some physicians are good but you never feel comfortable. That has never been the case here. I would highly recommend Dr.Cuzzone to anyone seeking help for a neurological problem, even if you haven’t found relief elsewhere.

After diagnosis of a tumor (acoustic neuroma) on the nerve that controls hearing and balance, I was referred to Dr. Post, a well-known neurosurgeon. I was able to get a consultation fairly quickly. Dr. Post showed me the MRI film, discussed my treatment options and explained his recommendation for surgery. He made me feel like I was safe in a very scary situation. The surgery took about 8 hours, during which time he discovered something they couldn't see on the film, that the tumor had become entangled in the facial nerve. Dr. Post made the judgment call to take more time and try to remove that part of the tumor. It resulted in post-op facial paralysis, but Dr. Post assured me it was temporary, which it was. I couldn't be more grateful for the amazing job Dr. Post did. I had heard wonderful things about how great a surgeon he is and it was all true.
