All work was completed within 24-hours of moving agreement! Was timely (within five-minutes of ETA!) and courteous at piano pick-up and delivery. Piano detailing and tuning was thorough and complete. Terry is very personable and trustworthy.

    Kunis Piano Moving
Never having to move a piano before, we had no idea what to expect. Kunis made the entire experience stress-free. They were answered all our questions and were always prompt and courteous in replying. The delivery team was quick, efficient and very friendly. We priced this out with a few other movers and Kunis came in the same, or lower, than everyone else. We were very happy with Kunis and highly recommend them!

Arthur Werner Moving & Storage Inc
Very smoothly. They were very thorough, punctual, and organized. The team leader--I think his name was Juan--was great, easy to work with. They were respectful and careful with our possessions, including artwork and our piano. We had a great experience and highly recommend them.

Allways Moving & Storage Co - Agent for Arpin
From the initial estimate to the final move-in everything was easy.   Mike gave us a worst-case estimate, and then the actual move came in under (based on weight when crossing the state line).  The crew was extremely professional and very agreeable when we requested some additional items to be moved on the actual day.  We moved the entire contents of a large 3 bedroom house with dining room, and one item (a table leg) got broken.  They showed us right away when they unloaded it, and told us to choose any repair shop, get an estimate, and they would reimburse. (I haven't done it yet.)  They provided large blankets so nothing got scratched. We have steps going into and out of both houses, and the piano was no problem for them at all.  They seemed extremely experienced with pianos and knew exactly how to handle it. Would not hesitate to hire them again.

They called to confirm the day before.  They were punctual and professional.  They took care of the piano, and were very careful of the other items in my home.  I have used them in the past to move into my house, and would not hesitate to use them again.  I was very pleased overall.  I haven't moved a piano before, but I felt the price was a little on the expensive side.

    Expert Piano Moving Co, LLC
These guys were wonderful to work with. This was a double move, with 1 piano going cross-country to my house, and the piano already in my house going to another location 100 miles away. I spoke to them a number of times , first to find out about their service, their insurance, the climate on the truck ( it's climate-countrolled ), and then to plan the logistics of the pickup from my father's house, the swap of pianos at my house, and the delivery at my aunt's house. They were always pleasant and professional. Expert removed the first piano from a room with Italian tile on the floor. My father reported everything went great. Upon arrival in upstate NY, there was snow on the ground. I had to dig an opening into the embankment at the side of the road so they could make it through to my path. Expert had all the materials needed to lay down a safe surface on my rough stone path, which is impossible to clear completely. The piano arrived from Santa Fe in perfect condition, and they made the swap ( removing my old piano ) very efficiently. My aunt reported that they managed the outdoor stairs and the tight spots in her house with aplomb. She was worried about the wood floors, but again Expert had appropriate materials to protect the house.  In short, I found Expert to be, well, expert at their jobs and reasonably priced. I recommend them highly.

The total price with tax was $417.24. Overall, it ended up being okay. The music rack, which is a part of the piano broke during the move. Despite denying that they broke it, they did take the responsibility and they fixed it for me. They swore that they didn’t break it, but they went ahead and fixed it for me. So, that was a good thing. At the end, they did the right thing. They were really responsive. I would probably not use their services again.
