AAdams ConstructionHe is a perfect gentleman, kind and considerate. The work place was neat and clean. He is prompt and shows up early and stays until the job is complete. His work is spot on, and everything that we wanted was done. His estimates were more then fair, and the work never had any over rides that were unforeseen. AT-Square Custom Remodeling and framingThe first time T-Square did work in my home was about 3 years ago. He showed up with his guys prepped the area where they were going to work. covered everything with plastic and started working. Although we had already signed an agreement They worked an entire day before he came to me for the down payment we had agreed on. The only days they did not show up were days that he advised me in advance that for some reason or other they would not be there that day. I was comfortable with that. When the job was done. I felt like I had cheated them. They went way beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy and I can be pretty annoying when I'm not happy. I don't remember a lot of the other details but I am still enjoying my sun room today. He has gotten a little more busy I guess since then. It's harder to get him and his prices have increased but I'm always satisfied with the work.- Christian H.

AJosh Binafif Aluminum LLCThe construction was fabulous. The work was impeccable. The scheduling ran a week behind, due to the weather. They really couldn't change that. They came back when we were in town and did a walk-through with us. We only had one issue with a door that didn't closed smoothly; they came out and did the adjustment promptly. We have had guests over; they have all been impressed with the final product.- Doreen G.

AFoley Builders IncRandy Foley (owner) came out and we discussed what it was we wanted. He provided ideas and suggections around our thoughts. Offered their initial quote to include everything on our wish list and later followed up with a revised option which we could afford. The need to present the revised quote was due to the high cost of the vinyl railings caused by the increase in petroleum produst used to the manifacturing and transportstion. While the construction process was ongoing the crew were courteous, polite and cleaned up each day before leaving. Issues which I brought to their attention were quickly resolved and discussed with the owner. Would definately hire them again and plan to do so in the next 6-8 months for interior work.- Scott B.

AExcellent! We had a pipe break after a winter storm and remodeled our house long distance from Florida. We were driving up to see the to see the near completed work and stay at our house. We needed our toilet installed, vanity installed and shower drain and nozzle hooked up. Jeff from JTECH arrived at the house at the appointment time and called us to let him in so he could do the work. We asked Jeff to please go right in , find the toilet, vanity and shower drain parts and to please install as we were on our way. Everything was installed perfectly. We also used JTECH to install our wall mounted microwave, dishwasher, bathroom light and storm door. All to our satisfaction. We would definitely hire Jeff from JTECH again!
