FNew Hartford Safe & Lock Co.Order never arrived. 11 days later the owner told me they sent the wrong part and he would take care of it then get back to me. 3 days later I messaged him to find out he was sick and planned to be out of the office for the next few weeks. So he had no intention of getting my order done. We bickered via txt message where he blamed me for buying cheap hardware. Now I have no part and my project is more than 2 weeks delayed. Very unprofessional and blames everyone but himself.- Raymond R.

ACNY Painting & ContractingBoth doors are in tightly and working well with no gaps like before. The problem , in the winter months, was the gaps were allowing the warm air to escape and the storm door would ice over - both on the windows of the storm and on the door itself. I won't know until next winter if this problem has been resolved. The job was done within a reasonable amount of time and done satisfactory . I found Brad Dougherty to be very courteous and an easy contractor to do business with . I definitely would use him again .- Karen M.

AJ TechExcellent! We had a pipe break after a winter storm and remodeled our house long distance from Florida. We were driving up to see the to see the near completed work and stay at our house. We needed our toilet installed, vanity installed and shower drain and nozzle hooked up. Jeff from JTECH arrived at the house at the appointment time and called us to let him in so he could do the work. We asked Jeff to please go right in , find the toilet, vanity and shower drain parts and to please install as we were on our way. Everything was installed perfectly. We also used JTECH to install our wall mounted microwave, dishwasher, bathroom light and storm door. All to our satisfaction. We would definitely hire Jeff from JTECH again!- Ann S.

AMike and his crew showed up everyday on time and stayed for eight hours each day. They demolished the old siding first and made sure to clean up all materials around the lawn. They placed cloths down while working inside and again swept everything up at the end of the day. They were very professional and installed all materials perfectly. Whenever there was a problem, everyone stayed positive and worked around it. Excellent communication with me about any questions they had. The quote which was given at the beginning of the project was right on at the end. No surprises. The house looks just fantastic! Siding is level, doors work and lock easily and the window all open smoothly. This is our fourth project with Mike and he, and his entire crew are just outstanding. If you need any type of project for your home, call Anson Construction. They are the best.

CWorkers arrived late.Was told 8am, 1st worker showed 9:30, 2nd 11:00 left @ 5:00. 2nd worker showed 11:00 next morning, left 7:00 pm. Was also suppose to do a row of subway tile behind vanity as a back splash. Wasn't done, worker didn't have wet saw to cut tile. Installed piece of surround instead. Damaged wall next to shower. Patched it but didn't offer to repaint it even though I had paint available. A 3rd worker had to 3 days later to install correct shower current rod.
