Dogs in cage free environment. Very knowledgeable groomers. Asked alot of questions so I knew exactly what kind of grooming was to he done. Staff seems to have a genuine love for their profession and friendly to the human customers as well.. Any accidents quickly and efficiently cleaned. You can watch the grooming process in house or drop off/pickup. Small parking lot and seating area. Very clean. Have used Bow Wow Wow groomers twice and will continue :-)

The cat died, like, a month later. They charged me $8,000 for the operation. I would tell a friend that they don't care; they are only out for the money. They don't care about the animals. They should have told me that she was not going to live or maybe do exploratory surgery. Then they let the cat out after the surgery and she kept falling down and dropping to the floor because she was drugged up instead of keeping her until the drugs wore off. It was so sad I was crying. It was horrible. They held the cat for over a week and they billed me every day for $250. I want to report these people and will go to the Better Business Bureau. They deserve to be out of business.

Wonderful, family feeling atmosphere; impeccable service; extremely professional yet gentle with your "babies"; your pets become immediately attached to the staff. Pets walk around freely with groomers in safety enclosed area visible to you. Cute little lounge areas for pets to relax in; Gorgeous pet accessories at reasonable prices, too. My Lexi Rae loves her Auntie Allison!

I had gone away for 3 days and my 6 year old Black Lab was boarded for two nights. I picked her up on a Friday and noticed she was having very loose bowel movements and eventually very bloody stool..I called Northside on Saturday morning and even though they were all booked up with appointments the told me to bring her in. We got there very early and didn't have to wait very long at all. Dr Salemi examined my dog and said she probably had colitis which may have been brought on by her being nervous or stressed while boarded. He gave her some oral medicine to stop the bloody stools and gave me some medicine to give her for a few days. He also provided some food that is specially formulated for a pet when they are having intenstinal issues I am happy to say my dog recovered pretty quickly and was back to normal (in terms of her stool) in about 10 days. The doctor's office did call me the very next day to see how she was doing which was not expected and I brought her in for a followup 3 weeks later for a shot she was due. All in all I am very satisfied with Northside and would strongly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new vet.

Doctor Frank was cheerful and inquisitive and his staff was professional and gracious. The price was what I expected, based on typical human doctor rates and I put it all on my Visa. I don't know if the price was too high, but being able to see the doctor quickly and without any pressure. I also received a detailed list of services and prices and was offered an opportunity for pet insurance. I guess I was just in the right place at the right time. I'll be following up in 2 weeks. Overall, I had a great first time experience.

I was very satisfied with this service from the beginning to the end.  After a very bad experience with another groomer, I procrastinated about having Jerry Lee Pierre groomed again.  (Through no fault of his, I am Jerry Lee's fourth family in two years, and he's insecure.  I adopted him a little over a year ago, and I had him groomed last Fall.  It was a bad experience all around for me and Jerry Lee.)  This time, I checked out Angies, and decided on Kaitlin's because of the many comments that stated how this groomer listened to their customers' concerns. I called them earlier in the week, and they explained their procedures and pricing, so I made an appointment for yesterday afternoon, May 21.  When I brought him in, I met his groomer Danielle and explained his situation and what I wanted done.  The receptionist informed me of the discounted price of $40 plus tax (regularly $50), that he would be finished in about 2-2 1/2 hours, and that they would accept cash or check, payable on pick up.  Their price included all aspects of grooming for a poodle.  They called me when he was finished - right on time.  He looked fantastic, and Danielle was wonderful.  She told me he was a very good boy and a little shy.  I was glad to hear this as I had thought that maybe Jerry got snappy with the last groomer which lead to the bad experience.  I will take him Kaitlin's the next time.

We have been going to this hospital for years, through multiple generations of pets. I have always felt that we were treated fairly, and the doctors take care to explain our options. The last time I was there my 4 year old dog was vomiting and listless, and the doctor was really patient with us through all our questions. We had a plan in case the initial medicines did not work, and we felt as comfortable as we could given the fact that our family member was ill. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience getting my dog groomed at Kaitlin's Pooch Parlor. The people were friendly, the grooming was completed on time, the price was good and most importantly, they did a great job with the grooming itself.
I will be going back to Kaitlin's Pooch Parlor and I recommend them to others

I worked with Donna who is very good. She did the exact haircut I want on the dog and the dog was happy.  She listened to what exactly I wanted for a haircut and did it. I've been to other places where they don't do what I want.

I only had a free trial at Merry Mutts- I didn't use them for the whole day. They were very nice and friendly and love dogs. The only thing that they were missing was a larger outdoor space. That was the limiting factor-it is too small at the back for my dog. My dog has very high energy and he needs a lot of space to run around.
