My neurologist, Dr.Lin cancelled three times. When i was in pain and could not see hiim, I was advised to see his P A. she was very authoritive with poor bedside manner. Her recommendation was not appropriate to my situation, as it was two days later verified by another neurologist at NYU. The p A insisted on having an X ray to follow up my sciatica pain, instead of an MRI. She further insisted on taking painkiller, instead of an appropriate anti-inflammatory. This place is pushing pain-management, and masking pain, rather than dealing with underlying issues. While i was there, there were a few guys waiting, all begging for painkillers. I felt this place was nothing short a painkiller- facilitator.

It is an excellent place to go if you have an urgent need. It is an excellent resource. It is a new facility, and I don't think it is more than a year old. They were quick, they were prompt, and you are seen within a reasonable length of time.It is a little chaotic, because there are so many people being seen, but I was out with x-rays and everything within 2 hours.

Made an appointment but when we got there only the PA was available. He, Tom Doty, seemed genuinely concerned and interested but when the MRI results came in, he never called to let me know if anything was wrong. At first, I assumed that nothing must have showed up on the MRI. But the pain persisted and was so bad that I finally called to ask if he had any information regarding the MRI. He nonchalantly said everything was fine; subsequently, I later found out by getting a copy of the report from the Radiologist report about 5 months later that indeed there was a definite problem. In between this, not knowing I was lied to, I went back for a hip problem. I had called for an appointment with the orthopedist but I was transferred on the phone to the PA who told me don't make an appointment just come in and see him. He said this as if he were doing me a favor and that by just coming in I would get help sooner. He was horrid and said there were no ligaments in the hip. (I was canting to one side and in terrible pain; I thought I might have a tear.) I left almost in tears. The man was not making sense and complaining about the fact that he had seen 64 patients already and that I was the 65th patient. His lips kept sticking to his teeth as he ranted on and on. It was bizarre. I realized later that all they do is make quick money by taking X-rays on site and using PA's as a quick cheap way to make money. I am p*****. He should suffer the pain he has caused me and the doctors who own this money making scheme should be prosecuted for fraud. If you know what is good for you, you will avoid this practice which has moved its facilities next door to a huge brand new building at 3333 Hylan Blvd. Don't go...Stay away. I cannot emphasize this enough!!!

As stated above. Also by the time they get to your call you get a run around. Staff can be rude and nasty. And the girls in office take vitals and are not certified to do so.Very disappt. with office enviroment

    Gregory Montalbano MD
I don't know if he is well known but the facility is big. He has offices in Manhattan and New Jersey. I got operated on at NYU in Manhattan and it was all first class. Treatment went very well at NYU and he followed up very closely. Following the treatment he explained everything and motivated me to loose a few pounds to help with my knee. He was very thorough. It's not just him, there is another doctor there so the whole group is pretty good there. He saw me when I was in really sharp pain; he fit me in that day so he would get an A on availability. The office is clean, effective, well-run, up-to-date, and modern. There is no pen and paper, they are all laptops. They were on time and there was no long waiting. I had no issues with the staff. The doctor's bedside manner was very good and professional. He was clear, concise and answered all my questions. The billing would definitely get an A. The minute you slide your card for the downpayment, it's already on an email that you made a payment.

    Olivieri, Dr. Anthony D
I have nothing but the best to say about the doctor. Dr. Olivieri is the only doctor that I deal with, and I deal with quite a few, who runs a very nice office, gives you the time you need to speak with him, and needs no appointments. I have been dealing with him for a few years now and no matter when I've needed him, he has always been available.

He has done a good job on my wrist. It is not as good as it was before but it has improved 97% and I give Dr. Ruggiero the credit for it. He knows what he is doing. His staff is friendly and sociable. His facility is nice and clean and is well arranged.
