    JOE FONTE PUBLIC ADJUSTERS
I did not benefit from this adjuster. They came and said I would have to take down part do kitchen ceiling to see leak. The leak came for upstairs bathroom. I called several times and the took forever or not at all to call me back. Bottom line is that I did not receive 1 cent it cost me $$$.. I don't think they really pushed to get me money from insurance company. I would not recommend their services

    5Boroughs Insurance Agency Inc
I was very discouraged when my rates were raised YET AGAIN by my insurance company. My agent, wasn't able to help me. I found 5Boroughs here on Angies List and am so glad that I did. Not only did Heather find me a reputable insurance company, but she got me an excellent rate saving me hundreds of dollars a year. Heather was a pleasure to deal with. She was always right there to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for great rates on their home and auto insurance.

    CELEDINAS AGENCY
I purchased a townhome in Palm Beach Gardens as was referred to Celedinas to provide quotes for insurance.
Being new to the area I was unaware of the different coverage offered based on an HOA verses a Condominium verses
a single family home. Since the agency suggested I email the bi-laws I left it up to them to provide the required coverage.
After a flood from the adjoining unit that's when I found out my coverage was incorrect. Fortunately they covered a good
part of the damage, but I still had out of pocket. I have spent hours on the phone trying to see what went wrong and no thanks
to their help I got an education on Florida coverage. Since no one there can answer a question intelligently I now know what
I need to do. I have tried to get through to the broker, but to know avail.
I am still with the same coverage and I am know searching for a competent agent.

    5Boroughs Insurance Agency Inc
My previous insurance carrier decided to raise my price 30%, and my
previous broker never informed me. I called 5 Boroughs Insurance in SI,
spoke to a woman heather and she shopped my Commercial Insurance to
various companies. The outcome was not only did I save the increase in
premium but she found an A rated company with whom I saved significantly
more then I was originally paying. The service was prompt and she spent
a lot of time with me actually explaining what I should or should no
cover and what things in my policy meant. After I changed my commercial
insurance I gave 5 Boroughs all my insurance. I'm thankful I found
someone so honest who is understanding of the customer needs.
    Thanks Heather!

    GEICO
Due to personal reasons and due to privacy concerns, I can not go into details here, however, I can tell you how I feel about this company. I used Geico for many, many years on and off. Any time that I owned a car , I used Geico. The only good part was that their people were courteous, and kind and professional --answering the phone (but you want more than that when you buy insurance). I was not happy with their service.

    Terry Monroe State Farm Insurance
Since Hurricane Katrina, most insurance companies have stopped writing new policies for single-family homes on the East coast, including New York City. I needed to insure a house I was buying in Staten Island, NY, which was near the water, but the neighborhood is so high above sea level that water would never reach it in a hurricane. But the insurance companies were refusing to pay any attention to individual neighborhoods, but were writing-off whole ZIP codes. After being turned down by other major insurance companies, I was afraid I'd have to get insurance from New York's high-risk insurance pool, which is inadequate and expensive. Finally I went to Terry Monroe, a local agent for State Farm, who was willing to evaluate my individual neighborhood and was happy to sell me the policy I wanted at a fair price.
