  • It was a fair experience. The staff was the best part of my stay there. I got well taken care of. The building was small and there wasn't too much space. That wasn't particularly good. The staff were very attentive. The doctors were okay. I don't have any complaints. When I got to my room, it was fine. I was in the E.R for 25 hours because it is a busy place and I was waiting for a room to open up.

  • It is full coverage but has a maximum. I didn't purchase them myself, the insurance is provided by my husbands company. I have too much out pocket for co insurance, and the limit is too low considering what the dental fees are.

  • I got Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield as my Health Insurance provider through my Union. Sometimes they can be a little tacky. If you have an injury they try to see if it is to do with the job or if you fell somewhere they want you to sue somebody instead of claim it through them. My co-payment is not much, so the price is pretty good.

  • I've been very happy with Cigna's handling capability. I've actually been pleasantly surprised with Cigna. The employer policy covers us pretty good and I've been able to get access to specialists and to lab facilities and that type of things easily. I've literally had no problem in terms of their coverage. They have a pharmacy that I use to get my meds and it works well. I don't have bill collectors hounding me. I'm old enough to be on Medicare, but because I work full time I've chosen to remain under my employer's healthcare plan. I tried to talk them into buying me a supplement policy as it would be cheaper for my employer rather than have me fully covered as an employee, Medicare as my primary and the supplement as my secondary, but my employer chose to keep under Cigna and I've been happy with them so far. When I retire, I will go on Medicare, but I will see what supplement policies they have.

  • The staff is very courteous and knowledgable, willing to help.  They are all very friendly.  They address your needs and are in tune with the latest medical technology.  Everyone is willing to bend over backwards to help you.  The hospital is very clean.  If they cannot help you they will recommend someone who can help you.

  • God help me if that place closes.  All these places are trying to close them out.  They were a few pharmacies that came up in our area but they don't come close to this pharmacy.  I would die if he closes down. They are the greatest pharmacy. I was there a couple of days ago. The main guy over there is Paul and his daughter works with him.  You can call him up and he would tell you what you need to know. When you go in there, they deal with you and they are quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I have been going to them for 20 years and ever since I was here. I would die if anything happened to them or closed.  Their professionalism stands out the most and they know what they are doing. The staff is excellent and his daughter works with him.  Her name is Florence and when you go there it's like talking to two doctors. She is just as knowledgeable as her father and they know what they doing. They are wonderful and I don't know what I would do without them. As a matter of fact their pricing is also good. One day I missed them and it was late at night and they were closed by 8pm and I tried for the same at a similar pharmacy and it was so much more expensive. I wanted to get the prescription filled and I didn't want to miss a dose. I was freaking out and I went to another store and they wanted $98 for something that was $12 which I bought the next day at Rosebank. Let alone the professionalism, I would miss the pricing as well. When I go to this pharmacy I give them the insurance card and you pay nothing or you either give them $10 and that's it. When I go to the other pharmacy they want close to $200 plus you don't get people with the same knowledge. This guy Paul is 60 and he is old school and he actually knows stuff.  I think he keeps the other pharmacy running. I am hoping his daughter takes over. The system is hampered these days and it messes up such places. I hope it doesn't take these personalized places away. If feel a connection when I walk in. I can walk in there and call them there names and get things that I need. I would highly recommend them. They are just fantastic.

  • They always have exactly what I need. The main guy behind the pharmacy is very nice and always accommodate me. The women that help him have been very accommodating as well, as they are willing to deal with insurance companies for you and do all of the paper work.

  • The only problem is that the waiting rooms are very crowed, and you might have to wait a while, but the Doctors themselves are great! They are knowledgeable, they answers all your questions and they are very thorough with their diagnosis's.

  • I have had good experiences with them. They fill my prescriptions quickly. They have an automated telephone services. They also call when your prescrition is about to expire and if you need a refill. You can call in your prescritions and it will be ready by the time you get there. They helped me solve a problem that I had with my insurance.

  • This is one of the more popular pharmacies in Manhattan. The pharmacist is exceptional. He noticed that I was taking two medications that were the same. He said if we could divide up these two it would mean a substantial savings to me. I will use him again.
