Dr. Schiller presents himself as one of the best in the business, as seen in the pictures he obviously lost his touch over the years. As a senior citizen myself, I know that after a certain age it is time to retire. I think he is past his due date. I came in to get the bags under my eyes treated, I said nothing and just trusted him. I had total faith in this doctor and only him. I'm aware that with these doctors there is often monkey business on the bottom line so I told him time and time again, "please doctor, I want only you to perform this operation". He swore it would be only him. On the day of the operation, the doctor brought me into the operating room and standing there, sure enough, was a young doctor, Dr. Schiller's "resident". Immediately, I was put out by the anesthesiologist. This procedure typically takes no more than just two and a half hours with slight bruising under your eyes. This was supposed to be a routine procedure.

Something must of went terribly wrong because I woke up five hours later with severe bruises all over my face as seen in the pictures. When I was being wheeled out, my friend Maggie (who was picking me up) said, "What happened? You were in there for five hours! You look terrible!" and I was so groggy. The anesthesiologist told me twice that I had a lot of anesthesia holding my hand. I read between the lines knowing that something went terribly wrong. You know when somebody is telling you something without actually using the words.

My first visit back to Dr. Schiller, that millionaire plastic surgeon with an attitude, he became extremely defensive when I accused him of having that your resident doing the operation. He told me that the in-house young resident was only there for five minutes in the operating room and then had an emergency to attend to at the hospital across the street. I had no idea a resident would even be there. This is ridiculous, he was booked to be with Dr. Schiller in that operating room. I believe he was left in the room alone to practice on an actual human being. A doctor learns by working on patients and I feel I was the unlucky victim. They picked me because, to them, I was just a harmless, widowed, 67 year old woman who worked her whole life to save for this operation. I did it to make me feel better about myself and not look old and tired. I left feeling worse about myself than I ever did. I look at myself in the mirror every day for the rest of my life and I feel insecure with no confidence. Now, I am one of those people who have a "bad eye job" and always have to wear my tinted glasses.

Before the operation, Dr. Schiller had told me that after the operation he might need me to come back and tweak it up. He was protected by the release paper so he didn't care to fix it. Every time I cam back he refused to fix his mistake. He wouldn't let me wait in the waiting room, he took me straight to the back room. I guess he didn't want his other patients seeing me. He told me himself that everything that could go wrong in an operation happened with me. He never admitted his mistake or even said sorry and I gave this millionaire plastic surgeon my $13,000 who doesn't give a damn about me. He treats his patients like an assembly line. He just moves on to the next one.

After the bruises went away, one of my eyes is now bigger than the other, the lower eyelid in my left eye is falling because the muscle was cut. My eyes are sunken, they are not symmetrical, my right eye has a fat picket, the veins under my eyes look like little snakes, make up just makes it look worse, and my eyes are smaller. The contract we had ended on May 28th, 2014 and when I cam in, in March of this year, to find out the young residents name Dr. Schiller went hysterical and started yelling at me "you are no longer my patient, get out!" This wasn't his first outburst either. I remember one time I was sitting in the room and his office door was open and I heard him yelling like a maniac on the phone to who I assume was another patient. He was saying, "Stop calling! You're not my patient anymore!" He used bully tactics.
