    DTV team did a phenomenal job. The staff was incredibly clean, respectful, punctual, responsive, and creative. The staff anticipated my needs and budget and proposed brilliant recommendations on the optimal products. The home modifications (ceiling, walls, moulding) were done with high precision and were completely undetectable at the completion of the job. Following the completion of the work, the company has been responsive to any issues that surfaced.

    It's been brilliant. It's just fine. My daughter has hooked it up with television and Internet for the computer. Unless everyone decides that we're going to change the computer service in the house or something like that, I'm staying with them.

    TIME WARNER CABLE INC
    I tried contacting Time Warner Cable to cancel my home phone service and was given the complete runaround. I had to speak to six different people before being put in touch with a manager, who then told me to contact ANOTHER 1-888 number to cancel my service. I was told multiple times that I couldn't cancel the home phone service without destroying my "triple play" so-called "promotional rate." Despite the fact that there is a quoted price of $89 on their website for the "double play" (two services package -- TV and internet), they wouldn't honor that price. I was told by a customer service manager that this was the price, AND it was written and posted on their website, and they still told me this was "unavailable" to current customers. 
    After more than 90 minutes speaking with customer service professionals, I finally got my phone service cancelled, but was still forced to pay a higher rate than I should've had to. This company is outrageous and I can't wait until all TV shows are available online so I don't have to deal with them.

    On the day of install, tech showed up on time and was very professional at his work. He surveyed where the best place to install the fios box inside the house (basement) was and installed it with precision and skill. The box fits right in with the basement. We had been having major phone trouble with the previous provider and when I explained this to the tech he went out of his way to discover why there was a problem and quickly corrected it. Never had trouble again and the cable and internet service are terrific.

    TIME WARNER CABLE
    After scheduling a move for Feb 9, I come home from work 5 days before and have no cable service. So I called Time Warner Cable and their customer service was full of apologies but didn't help. Apparently an error was made on TWC's end and they cut my service off too early. I spoke to many services representatives and was consistently told your issue is being escalated. Today is the 2nd day with no cable and yet again I called customer service and was told I'm not even on the list to be serviced. I was lied to. I will be cancelling my services after I move and will request this months invoice be cleared.

    Most times the service is great. In as long as I have had this service, it got disconnected only once for a few minutes.  That's good service.  And yes, we have had storms , thunderstorms and worse, and the service still works great.   I have head lots of people tell me not to get Time Warner because they keep on getting disconnected.   Here is what I figure.  Those people that keep getting disconnected live in the preserves area --in the wilderness or across from it.  When the storms hit, those are the areas that get disconnected.  I have asked my neighbors before I hooked up with Time Warner and they all told me that they have never lost service in all the years that they have lived there. And I'll vouch for that, only one single disconnection and that was just for a few minutes.   I like the service; yes I would recommend it. And the office is nice also, they are polite and quick.  The lines are very long near holidays, but still the service is good.
