Had a new roof installed (shingles, plywood, vents & fan)

Very well! The whole job was done in about six hours. Everything was cleaned up & carted away. The workers did a great job & were very courteous. The roof looks great!

He broke into my property when he had the key because he was too lazy to go back to his office which was a mile away to get the key.

.He broke into my property. Instead of using the side door which was unlocked, he took down the construction wood and entered the house and didn't even bother to put the wood back up with the screws and barely put the screws back in the fence. He lost the original plans to my house. He actually doubled his price. The other thing is he turned around and lost my plans. Didn't know who he gave it to. Those were the originals. I know they say never to give the originals, but he was like, "no, no, give them to me right away. Give them to me now, I can't do the job unless you give them to me".

This is an untrue statement. Bella Home Improvements did speak to the above homeowner & refused this project due to the ongoing issue with the previous contractor and lack of funds. You can clearly see that the permit on the home is from another contractor and NEVER from Bella Home Improvements.

I left a message, which went unanswered. I then called again and was given Monday nite, 5:30-6 for an estimate appointment and never heard from anyone. I guess they don't need the work OR the money!

Reside two story building

The Job turned out very nice. The building is some 85 plus years old and in bad need of refurbushing. Both floors were resided in vinyl along with new soffets-trim-leaders/gutters along with some roof repairs. It was started and finished on time without issue. Everything Mr Bella promised was done. His crew went out of there way to do a neat job. We are very satisfied.

Bella Home Improvements installed a new attic stairs for us.

He did the job quite well. The owner was a very impatient guy but the work was excellent. He has a no sense of humour because he was in the middle of the hurricane and he had to work with a billion of people. However, the work was perfect; I couldn't ask for a better work. In fact, he waited...I wanted to pay him and he said he will get it later but he took forever. He finally came back and took the money. He was very good and the work was really good. The conditions were really different. His customer's relations skills might have been better but other than that I have no complain with his work. I will use his service again.

I used Bella Home Improvements to repair my roof.

They did a good job. It cost me quite a bit. The insurance covered it but he was taking the wood off that I do not think needed to be taken off. The wood under the shingles looked like it was in good shape. Even my neighbor took a look at it and said there's nothing wrong with that wood. He said they're not gonna charge me for that and then I got charged $2,000. The job was done quickly where it needed to be done. There were 2 pieces of wood that looked like they were rotted than the other pieces of wood. The insurance company looked at it and they didn't say I needed new wood. They just said to get it fixed as quick as I can and get all the shingles off. They did come back because they didn't seal something correctly. I found out that they didn't seal on the roof around one of the stacks up above and I had water going down into my bathroom. They were running from one house to the other. It was hard to get a contractor at that point because this happened after the storm Sandy. As soon as they were free form the other job, they were here. They had like 15 guys here on the first day.

Removed existing roof including garage and reshingled with Owens Corning shingles, New aluminum capping on windows and sills and new seamless aluminum gutters. Minor repairs on the outside of the house were readily corrected. Brad, Chris and leon were a pleasure to work with.

Bella's professional team did an outstanding job in a very reasonable amount of time. I would recommend their service for anyone considering major renovations on their home.

EXCELLENT!!!! BRAD DID OUR ENTIRE HOUSE....ROOF, WALLS, SIDING, KITCHEN, BATH, ETC!!!

EXCELLENT!!! Our home was descimated by Hurricane Sandy; Brad and his crew are RELIABLE, HONEST, FAST, and PROVIDE QUALITY WORKMANSHIP!!! Brad knows what he is doing and got us home!!! I'm forever grateful to him and his workers. To this day we are still the only one's home out of 20 homes! My home never looked better!!!! My roof was done in ONE DAY!!! There was not one nail found on the floor! They were SO clean, draped tarps over the house siding and floor! He had so many and quot;QUALITY WORKERSand quot;!!! Our walls and siding were done with in 2 days! It is GORGEOUS!!! My Kitchen Cabinets were installed to PERFECTION!!! I am an Executive, this was one of the best decisions I've made. Installed roof fan, installed attic stairs, replaced door for attic stairs and put light in attic that is now controlled from switch on wall, installed outlet. Also installed whole house fan and replaced gutter on side of house.

Experience went very well. Brad, the owner, was great to deal with. He was always available to answer our questions. He also stopped by the house sporadically to be sure all was going well. His workers were polite and courteous. They were patient in answering our questions. I would most definitely (and intend) to call Bella to do more work on my house. The work was done well and in a speedy manner. I was impressed that Brad and the workers arrived exactly when they said they would, didn't have to wait around for workers to arrive - work was done in less than two days. I have used Bella on two separate occasions - plan to use again. No more estimates from anyone else.......go straight to Bella. Good job. Thank you so much.
