    Fred, the technician, was qualified, diligent and focused on the task at hand. He advised us to go with the least, costly repair which was fair and appreciated. Fred believed it would give us a few more years before having to replace the compressor. Rep who makes the appointments could have been more forthcoming with information and not so rushed to get off the phone. Not a good fit for Fred's professionalism.

    I called on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to fit me in same day. The person who answered the phone was so pleasant and helpful. The repairman called me for a description of the problem. I had another company come out who gave me the wrong diagnostic for the oven and didnt have the parts on the truck. Admiral came out and saved my family Christmas dinner. I would definitely call them again.

    Awesome. The guy came in and knew what was wrong within 5 minutes. Gave us a price right away, which we agreed to, and came back the next week to put the new part in (since it wasn't an emergency). I'd call them back in a heartbeat.

    I called many times and left messages was told by owner they would call me back to schedule an appointment when finished on there job ... i tried many times and no call back... i called another person to find out its his brother and because i called both they will not comer to service my fridge or call back!! very unprofessional

    It went very smoothly. It took a lot of work to check what models would fit the existing sleeves through my brick home. All three were custom installed and have been, through the 70 years as my home does not have a forced air system. The RDA staff worked very hard to please me for a very professional installation. I they are my "go to" appliance guys.

    The technician who came to our home looked at a couple of things, including running the dryer. He ascertained what we already knew, it was not producing heat. The technician suggested that the lint trap / duct might have an excess of lint in it. Fine, I said, how about cleaning it out? The technician explained that they don't do this. They made an assumption about a problem, but did not do the work to ascertain if this was the cause. VERY POOR! I feel that Sears really did nothing but take my money for showing up at my house, but DID NOT FIX ANYTHING!! When I reported this to Sears Home Services they were apologetic, but DISINTERESTED AND UNHELPFUL. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    Service guy showed up at my home the first day on time. The part he had in the truck would not work. This was a Friday. Said he would order that it should be in the following Tuesday but probably be Wednesday before being in touch. Thursday came nothing. I called the Tech & left a voicemail in the AM. By the afternoon nothing so I called again. Voicemail I called the owner, left voicemail. I called the office no idea who I was. No call back as promised. Tech calls me next day saying he was off. I see cells don't work. Promises to come the following Wednesday to finish repair. I asked to be the first appointment since I cannot keep taking time off from work. I was the 2nd appointment. OK I can deal with that. But when Rich the technician walks over to my stove & asks me to remind him what was wrong with the oven I say, " so you don't have the part". He then gave me a story of it being back ordered. I decided to go on line to see if he was lying. He was Sears had in stock. I watched the video & decided it was not worth the aggravation & it would be very easier if I bought the burner & igniter in one to install myself. I did it myself, saved $ 150. By the time they finally called it was already fixed!!

    It went well. Our technician patiently answered all of our questions when he inspected our fridge during the first visit. The part was replaced quickly and he was thorough double checking things post installation.

    They replaced the lid switch which took 15 minutes to replace, which I advised them that was the problem before they even came to look at it. In the past they applied the diagnostic fee towards the repair, when I called to schedule the appointment I was told they still do that. After I received the bill from the repairman I was advised they no longer do that. Very disappointed. Next time I will google or look on YouTube on how to do it myself before calling them when I know what the problem is.
