The receptionist advised me that I needed a new script so I used their phone to call my doctor so that my doctor could send a new script for physical therapy and two days later Victory Physical Therapy called my house to tell me that they would not see me anymore because it was against their policy For a patient to use their phone but the receptionist is the one who dialed the number for me and handed me the phone. I really was surprised and shocked.

Amazing! I don't often have the time to write a review, but I made the time for this writing. Margaret Weinrich is a genius! She is the practitioner/owner of Veriditasacupuncture. Briefly, I was experiencing pain in my shoulder and neck area and I did not want typical analgesic relief ( e.g., motrin). I made an appointment with Ms.Weinrich and was greeted by a true professional who took a thorough history of my health (she should teach her skill of interviewing at a medical school). Her knowledge, skill and true concern for her patient has continued to resonate with me. She addressed my issue deftly and I have been pain free since! She is conveniently located and extremely reasonably priced ( she may take insurance). She is kind, compassionate and brilliant-everything you'd want in a healer! Take my advice, and make an appointment with Ms.Weinrich and start to feel better!

My neurologist, Dr.Lin cancelled three times. When i was in pain and could not see hiim, I was advised to see his P A. she was very authoritive with poor bedside manner. Her recommendation was not appropriate to my situation, as it was two days later verified by another neurologist at NYU. The p A insisted on having an X ray to follow up my sciatica pain, instead of an MRI. She further insisted on taking painkiller, instead of an appropriate anti-inflammatory. This place is pushing pain-management, and masking pain, rather than dealing with underlying issues. While i was there, there were a few guys waiting, all begging for painkillers. I felt this place was nothing short a painkiller- facilitator.

I can recommend physical therapy, a place that I had used, it is called One On One Physical Therapy and they have 3 locations in Staten Island. I use one of the locations which is on New Drop lane. I started using them last year and I find them to be excellent. I would give them across the board an 'A' rating. The therapist and the staff people, all categories of staff people are excellent. It is very organized. They are extremely competent people. They have extensive equipment, much more than I found at other places for physical therapy. I found a difference in using them from other physical therapy places that I have used in the past, I found them to be much better. Although the company is based in Brooklyn, they have sister offices in Staten Island, they have 3 and I use only one. I have been using consistently only one and that is the one on New Drop lane. When you get a prescription for physical therapy, you are assigned to a specific physical therapist when you go and then they have other staff that does different things as a part of the whole visit aiding the physical therapist. There is a staff of receptionists and people who do the billing and people who aid in the equipment. You are involved not just with your physical therapist but all the other people in that office.

I went to Dr. Rubenstein for treatment  of pain that was running down my right arm. From that initial visit I experienced an immediate relief from the pain. The doctor recommended  a treatment plan going forward but did not try to push additional visits.  I have been to see the doctor several times since then. It is clear to me that the doctor really cares about his patients and has a real passion for his work. The office is pleasant and kid friendly. Staff are friendly and professional. The office tries not to keep patients waiting.

He is phenomenal. I will see her again this Saturday. She is an MD, and so she is covered by my insurance. Her professionalism and her staff stand out. I get acupuncture from her as pain management, and I just think that they are wonderful, and effective, more importantly.

It is an excellent place to go if you have an urgent need. It is an excellent resource. It is a new facility, and I don't think it is more than a year old. They were quick, they were prompt, and you are seen within a reasonable length of time.It is a little chaotic, because there are so many people being seen, but I was out with x-rays and everything within 2 hours.

My back issue unfortunately flares up on occasion. Since I have been visiting Dr. Breines his treatment eases the discomfort. I wish I could say one visit fixes my problem but it usually takes a few treatments to get back to feeling better.

The initial appointment was ok but after that he was unavailable.  I will not use them again.  His effectiveness was ok. The staff seemed over worked and chaotic. It’s not an atmosphere for seniors and the appointment last for thirteen minutes.  They seemed more interested in the next appointment rather than the current one.
