I like the dentist there and what they do for me.  We had them for 4 years now.  They are easygoing on my mouth and not too hard.  I have another appointment in 2 weeks.   I never had a problem with their availability.  Their office environment is very friendly.  I will be using them in the future.

    Gerald Weinstein MD
Dr. Weinstein is professional, yet relaxed in his approach. He talks you through the procedure. He makes sure to see you before you're discharged.

Everything went well, saw him in office later on for the results. He took his time, went over all details and answered all questions.

The actual office visit went well. You have to wait to get into the practice when you are a new patient as they are very busy. One of the people I spoke to while making my appointment was pretty rude over the phone. The people in the office in Saratoga were friendly as were others I spoke to on the phone. The appointment with the doctor went very well. The wait in the office to see the doctor wasn't long.

The operation went well, I was not awake so I cannot give you any details,  The doctor came to the recovery and informed me that all was well.

    Howard Merzel MD
i have seen multiple doctors and done multiple tests. Not much hope for a cure at this point, but I figured a new set of eyes wouldn't hurt. Dr. Merzel had me do some routine tests and looked over past notes. Try some new medication and ideas. End result was not much different than where I was before started. However, there was one drug that he offered, that no other doctor would, and I new the potential bad side effects that could happen. I did not go this route, but he offered it and people have hasd great success with it, but there are also many negatives. I honestly forget the name. If things get worse, I may be inclined to reconsider. Heather, his new nurse practioner is really nice and knowledgeable .

It went horribly. I saw Dr. Neven Hadzijahic and he suggested a colonoscopy to get a better idea of what was going on. I am glad I had the colonoscopy because he found a pre-cancerous polyp and removed it. Two days later I was back in the hospital with internal bleading because he did not close up the wound well enough. Then, his colleague Dr. Brener was the physician treating me in the hospital. I don't know if he had a lot of people he was seeing in the hospital, but he left me in the hospital bleeding all night and all of the next day before doing anything. After all of this I still have bowel discomfort, but I will not go back to them.
