• An appointment was made with company to obtain a quote for driveway
  repair. On the day of the appointment company representative did not
  show up on time. Appointment was 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday. My husband
  contacted company at 9:30 a.m. to inquire about appointment.
  Representative stated that the company office did not remind him of
  appointment but would arrive at our house in 15 min. Representative did
  arrive 15 mins later but was ill prepared (no measuring tools or
  leveler) to inspect the driveway. Representative did
  provide his thoughts as to why water accumulated in an area near our
  garage and offered some suggestions but without his tools he was unable
  to provide a definitive answer. Representative stated he would need to
  come back with his equipment. I inquired with Representative when he
  would reschedule/return he stated 4:00 p.m. that same day.  The
  Representative never returned or contacted us to reschedule.  I would not

• Solid...called at 8am on Monday morning.  Call back within 20 minutes.  Service professional arrived by 11am.  I thought the problem was bigger then it was.  Provider name locked. made adjustments to the springs and cords, lubed up both garage doors and was off.  Cost was for service visit.  Impressed with prompt response and solution!
