They showed up on time, got right to work, spent the time answering my questions and making sure I understood the type of cesspool system I had and how to maintain it. ATYNDALL SEPTIC SYSTEMS INCWe were extremely happy with the work performed at our home. We're in a relatively new house and had no history on the septic system maintenance. We place a call on Sunday, received a call back that day and a slot in the schedule for Monday. Dennis came out mid afternoon and was upbeat, positive and very knowledgeable about exactly what needed to be done. He took the time to explain things to us and to give us recommendations for future service. ATOM EGANS CESSPOOL SERVICETom's company was the second company called in to dig up our septic system to be inspected by the department of health. The first company made a mess of the inspection. From the first few shovels full of dirt, Tom was convinced the system would not pass inspection. While disappointed, it was clear that Tom knew what he was talking about. The septic system that had been installed many years back (by Priority Cesspool/Clear River - don't ever call them) was done terribly; it was undersized, missing a baffle, buried too deep, etc. Tom worked with our engineer to abandon the old system and install the new. He was there for every level of inspection, follow-up, answered every call with any questions and was responsive on every level. He has been polite and a pleasure to work with, as has been every member of his team. I very strongly recommend Tom and company.- Michael A.

AThey came quickly as they said they would and they were wearing masks. Loved that! Mike and Dominic are wonderfully professional. They give you fair estimates and let you know what you must get done now and what can wait. I truly appreciate how they were able to replace my return line before nightfall. They inspected their work and waited until everything was running properly before they left. They gave me tips on how to preserve my pipes in cold weather. That was a nice bonus! I'm very happy that I called them!!!

F- *1st week of work always late, they arrive before or after lunch* *- Jeremy instructed me to clean the wall and floor of the Toilet Bowl (TB) where they removed. * *As for me and my Uncle said that, that was the work of a PLUMBER not me as Caregiver to my Uncle. He is UNPROFESSIONAL with what he did to me that i cleaned the wall and floor of the TB that they removed. * *- Me and my Uncle saw also that the long towel and 2 short hand towels which was in the bathroom was, they used it to clean up the mud/dirts that was in the floor WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION, they just get the towels and wiped the mud. They are DISRESPECTFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL with what they did. * *- Every time they entered the house i smelIed marijuana* *- They used our home vacuum for their business and our home vacuum was destroyed but they replaced it. They should bring their own vacuum or other equipment that they will used.* *- They used our own trash bags but when it was only few that's the time they bought their own.* *- They used our home chair and pale with full of paints and dirts. They don't even bother to clean or change. After a week that they were gone, i called them to clean-up the chair and pale. Jeremy bought a new chair but the pale until today he hasn't replace or clean it.* *- Jeremy's assistant took my Uncle's charger its good that my Uncle noticed it so I called Jeremy and he returned after a week but we bought already a charger.* *- Last April 28, 2020 around 12 noon they came over while i was in my PT Appointment. I texted Jeremy prior to this April 28 that i have PT Appointment in the morning and he can come Monday or Tuesday around 4pm but i never received a reply from him. Then when i arrived home from my PT Appointment i saw them outside the house in the driveway cleaned up the paints that was accidentally poured in the driveway. After we had lunch, me and my Uncle i went straight to my room and there i found out that my $1,000 cash money was missing in my bag. All my bags has its own cash money. I asked my Uncle if he permitted them to enter and put the socket cover in my room and my Uncle said no. He didn't noticed that they entered in my room. That, i reported to the Police Officers and they came to my Uncle's house and the Police Officer gave me a Police Event Number 200236790 to submit also in your office.* *I don't know also what other things they did inside my room while i was out. I was thinking they might planted a tiny camera or a drugs whatever, then 1 day the Police Officer will knock on our door and they might said that they have a tip that i am using a drugs. We don't know, that might happen because why they entered my room. That was intentional because i texted him to come Monday or Tuesday 4pm So, see you can see their disrespectful, rude and unprofessionalism. *

AMy realtor recommended CSI because there is no conflict of interest because they do not fix or put in septic tanks. I had a 10 am appointment. I arrived at the house at 9:45 am and there was someone in the back, I was unsure who it was. It was CSI! The young man had already dug up and opened up the septic tank. He was so nice, introduced himself, explained everything he was doing. He let me ask questions. When he told me the septic tank was leaking on many levels, he explained it in detail, showed me videos, pointed things out. It was great. I highly recommend them! Thank you Matthew!!

AThe scheduled work was for a recently purchased home. Billy was prompt, professional and courteous. I was able to schedule the service within a week's time from the day I called, and he did the job quickly and efficiently. Although I had mistakenly dug out the access to the leeching field, and so we then had to dig out the access to the tank, he did not charge me for the extra work. He also advised on a cleaning schedule and said he would send a reminder notice when the time came. I would hire Billy again.

AWe called at 3:15pm and were told that they would arrive between 5:00pm and 7:00pm. They showed up at 6:00pm which was great. Tony and Andy were very professional and explained exactly what needed to happen and what it would cost before performing the services. They cleaned our drains for our bathroom sink and our bathtub and made sure the drain was functioning again. They cleaned up and put everything back the way they found it. Great service! I will certainly call them again if I have any other problem in the future. Cost per drain was $175 plus tax.

AThe plumber Asheno was the most respectful person I have come across in many years. Every-time i called he was helpful and replied immediately. He wire his PPE equipment at all times. Though there is more work to be done he was honest to chart out prices, immediate needs, and those that could wait which as a single mom on a budget was a relief. The work and attention to details was adhere to at all times. I called many of those discount or nationally known plumbing companies that not only took advantage of me they also said i would have to break walls however Asheno did all the work without having to break any walls not to bad for a house with 1930 plumbing.
