    Below is a letter sent to Q's moving after my move with feedback that was ignored.
    Darren and his team showed up on time on moving day. We did a quick walk through and his team set to work on 3 floors of house. They were efficient and Darren seemed a good team leader. Here are a few specific pros / cons to my experience:
    Pros:
    (1)Darren checked-in 2-3 times during the day on whether I was happy with how things were progressing
    (2)Omar, one of the team members was friendly and ready to help out as needed.
    (3)When we arrived at the new place, I asked them to change around some heavy furniture because I didn't like the initial placement, and they were obliging.
    (4)Everything they took apart was put back together in good order, they even ended staying an extra 30mins just to finish re-attaching a treadmill panel that was removed for transport down stairs. That last piece by itself took some effort.
    Cons:
    (1)Soon after arriving I overheard some of the team talking openly in regular tones about how they got a $60tip/person at a recent job, and how that was really great. Was I supposed to hear that so that I provide a similarly high tip?
    (2)The backs of the sofa that were disassembled where not wrapped before being put in the truck, and when I advised Darren, he wrapped one of them (out of 3) and left the other two unwrapped.
    (3)They broke a stand lamp in the living room, and when I brought it up to Darren there was no real reaction. It's not worth much, so I am not seeking compensation, but own up to the mistake...
    (4)When they left for the day I found 3 items still wrapped with the plastic, which should have been unwrapped (I never requested that they stay wrapped)
    (5)There was a clear sense of rushing to get out at the end, even though it was only around 530pm when they left.
    (6)I called into the office that same evening 730pm saying I couldn't find a box. The office told me it was too late to reach the team then, but they would call on Saturday, the following day, and follow-up, and then get back to me. The office never got back to me. (I ended up finding the box a few days later, but I was still concerned until then)
    Payment terms:
    (1) When you(John) came by for the quote- it was provided at 4 ppl @ $145/hr. with a not-to-exceed price of $1305(which was verified by phone a few days later). The team logged 9 hours, which equals $1305. Why was I charged $1350 in the end? If it was an 8hour job, would the charge still have been 1350, 1305, or 1160? I would like to know, as it factors into my recommendation to others about using your services.
    (2) During our conversations there was no specificity provided on method of payment, therefore I assumed a check would be fine. This was a challenge on the day of the move, as when move was completed there needed further discussion to resolve it. You accepted a check, but this could have been avoided had there been some earlier clarification.
    Overall, I can say that I am not 100% satisfied, perhaps 85%. To be clear, I am NOT requesting any refund, just providing honest feedback I hope you would use to improve your services. If you would like to discuss anything further I would be glad to.
    Of course they never got back to me, to answer my question or seek further clarity. Enough of a lapse in judgement to warrant a downgrade to C from B, as it shows lack of true commitment to Quality service.

    J&M CLEANOUTS
    John and his guys cleaned out my aunt's basement and garage, which were both filled to the brim with junk and debris.  He visited the house on an earlier date to give me a free estimate, which he stuck to, to the dollar.  It turned out that they would need to come for two separate days to handle all of the debris; before each cleaning date I received a confirmation call, and then another call the next morning when they were on the way.  John was on site to supervise his employees nearly every minute, and made himself available for any questions as the cleanup progressed.  
    The cleanup went well.  I was surprised and very pleased at how quickly they worked.  Afterwards, they swept the dust from the floors and tidied up their things, taking all the debris with them.  This would have been an enormous, difficult task for me to do; John and his guys were a big help to me.
    On a personal level, John was extremely pleasant to deal with.  I found him to be honest and proud of the work that he and his guys were doing.  I would recommend his services to anyone, and will certainly call him again if I have the need.

    The move went extremely well,the guys were very pleasant and careful.
    They made sure to take care with special items (well special to us) and the guys always asked if they were not sure.
    When all was loaded ,the lift gate served as a platform for our King size bed OMG!
    They Off loaded before I finished my truck! Everything went like clock work and the guys even at the end took time to take some of the tape and plastic and bubble wrap!! What a mess!! They never even push for a tip (like my last movers) But it was never mentioned not even after we closed the contract so it was a pleasure to hand these guys a General Grant for all their hard work ! Eli at Eagle is the mover you want! Thanks Again
