    I can't say enough good things about the folks at Jack Hall Plumbing & Heating! They did excellent work, and follow up. I got not only what I expected but more all at the price quoted and not a penny more. It can be so difficult to find someone you can trust, and these people are exactly that. They make your issue their issue and treat each problem as an opportunity to help you as if you were just a neighbor. Very friendly, polite and responsive and the way they treated my project guaranteed them a customer for life. The experience, knowledge, and way they treat their customers is nothing but grade A all the way around. Excellent company to do business with and place your faith and trust. They don't let you down!

    Andy did an awesome job. If he uncovered something that wasn���t right, he fixed it before he continued. He was very open to design change along the way and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the end results. He cleaned up after every work day and made sure the tools and supplies he left on site were not intrusive on my living space. And when he was done, it was so clean you wouldn���t have known I just had major construction done in my home, in the winter no less - A++!! I already have a list of new things I will have him come back to do.

They were masterful in the redesign process, and executed with The utmost professionalism I've ever seen! They did go over budget some, BUT before they did, the owner, James explained the FEATURES and VALUE of having the over budget item (a built in whole house, intercom system for each room). Our home has three livable levels with many rooms, and this suggestion has saved so much time for our BIG and growing family. When I saw the finished results it was well worth it!     Showed up in the afternoon as requested. Showed him the way to the basement and the hot water heater. He asked some questions about my plumbing. I told him I had no plumbing problems, No need for an inspection or other tests. Put a hose on the the drain, turned it on and drained the hot water heater. While rolling up the hose he looked a my two week old frost free water faucet. Nice guy. Next time I will do it myself. I thought it was going to take a few more steps. It was a pretty simple job.

    I responded to a recent big deal offer, thinking I could save some money, which is important since I am son a fixed income, but ended up with a bad case of sticker shock and the feeling that I had been taken advantage of, price-wise.

    The service call was scheduled for 2 pm and the plumber arrived at approx. 3:30. He did, however call to alert us that he would be about an "hour" behind schedule.
    After assessing the problems, he left to purchase the required parts. Since he was from outside the area, he inquired as to the location of the nearest big-box hardware store. I replied that there were two, about 15 minutes away. He elected,  however, to trust his GPS, which took him to a more distant store. He returned about an hour or more later.
    Over-all he was personable and seemed to know what he was doing. I had no problem with the work, although i was a little put-off when he kept  reminding me how prices for materials have increased dramatically (could be true or not- I don't know). He also made it clear - several times - that a tip would be gratefully accepted.
    As I said, the job seemed well-done, but when the bill was written up, I was floored. I know that plumbers can be expensive, but I felt that the bill was high for the work that was done.
    To replace a kitchen faucet, the flat rate charge was $125! The cost of the faucet, I was told, was $114. So to replace  a faucet, which I've done a number of times myself prior to my current health problems, cost nearly $240! Combined with the $125 per hour rate, the bill far exceeded my expectations,
    Perhaps I'm simply out of touch with reality, but I felt that, price-wise, I was yet another senior citizen who has been taken advantage of.
    Next time I'll stick with someone more local.

    The person they sent was really good! He was polite. He stuffed himself into my small pantry to switch the hot 7 cold water on my tub back to normal. He really knew what he was doing. There was a little extra time, so he fixed a leaky pipe. This pipe ended up leaking again, so I had someone else come out to fix it.

    Rob & Bill removed everything in the old bathroom, (including Sheetrock walls & ceiling), existing shower, bathtub, vanity cabinet, sink, toilet, medicine cabinet, lighting and sub-floor.........
    They offered two major suggestions that "dramatically" improved the overall quality of the bathroom.
    1st) :  Modify an adjacent  closet, which allowed the installation of a 36" wide vanity, as opposed to the old 24" one.
    2nd) : surround the shower area with "tile", instead of a one-piece fiberglass shower partition.............
    Their Workmanship is "First Class".............
