• So, the hospital agent called me back in a matter of 7 or less minutes and informed me who he spoke with and that the interest charges were waived and that I could contact Provider name locked. and let him know so that he would not continue to try to contact me in the future for payment like he did today --after giving me the so-called news that the hospital would not waive the interest fees and that if I want to stop receiving calls from Provider name locked. , that I should make payment.  So, today I learned that Provider name locked. had entirely and purposefully lied about his contact with the hospital's billing department just so he could receive a payment that had Already been waived approximately 2 months prior.  Subsequently, I contacted Provider name locked. and let him know that the only person that he would have talked to had he actually called the hospital, stated that he had not contacted him.  Provider name locked. expeditiously said, "O.K., thank you!" and then quickly hung up the phone with surprisingly, nothing left to add as he immediately realized he was caught in a lie.

  
  

  It's difficult to say, but I suspect that there are other agents at this company who may practice the same standards as Provider name locked. seemed very at home and calm and collected in his explanations regarding my account, right up until the 'bombshell' that I dropped, so there just might be others.  The first Provider name locked. agent that I dealt with upon subsequent payment of my balance to the hospital, was a helpful female who behaved Nothing the way that Provider name locked. did.  So, consumers need to be aware of this collection agency and most likely others if ever a similar situation should present itself or a consumer could find themselves paying for a balance or interest charges that were summarily dismissed for whatever the reasoning.  I am really disappointed with the company as Provider name locked.
