There after care services was great. I had to wait a while for the surgery, but that was more of the surgeons fault not the hospital. The check in room and emergency rooms were gorgeous. However the actually room for hospital stays were old, dingy, and not as clean as I would of liked. All of the staff is wonderful there. It was hard to get some information that I needed from them. I have been there a couple of times, and I would go back in the future.

It was a beautiful unit with a private room. I had excellent care and the pre-op and post-op nursing and physical therapy was excellent. It was a very good experience. I would definitely go back and highly recommend them to others.

All staff members efficient and professional. I was tested and the results fully explained. When I used the call button I got swift response. I appreciated that the unit is quiet.

Great. Efficient, professional, answered questions, explained things. The nurses were great during the time I was there. They worked with me to help me get as much rest as possible. Many of them were warm and very much on the ball. Lactation consultants were very helpful, both while I was there and after I came home.

The visit was fine. I didn't need an appointment, of course, but there was a bit of a wait. Once I was in, I saw three health care providers in quick succession. The first one took my vitals; the second one took my health history and asked about the problem, and told me it looked like strep; the third one confirmed that diagnosis and prescribed antibiotics and some mega ibuprofen pills. It had never occurred to me to take painkillers for a sore throat (I just suck on menthol drops) so I was very grateful to the physician's assistant (I THINK) for considering my comfort. My complaint has to do with the billing. I tried to pay my co-pay on the way out, but I was told at the reception desk that I couldn't. Eventually -- more than a month later -- I received a bill and notification that my payment was past due. This was very annoying. Overall, the health care was excellent, and that's the important part. It's a pity that the administration did not reach that standard, but it won't keep me from using Urgent Care again.

The ER wasn't crowded; I was seen relatively quickly and received very good treatment. The only thing that really bothered me is that I was double billed - I paid my $100 co-pay and then was later also billed for a doctor visit. I obviously went to the ER TO SEE A DOCTOR. So I felt duped and was annoyed at a double co-pay and their sneaky billing practices.

It was fantastic. One of the things that impressed me was that they have figured out that people are more comfortable and heal sooner if they are not laying there freezing. It was difficult in former years to get an extra blanket or something but now they have people wandering into the rooms offering the patients a pile of heated blankets. This might look like it is not a big deal but it is to be warm enough in the hospital. The best thing is that they have a room service eating program and they give a five page menu of food that most people like to have. From 6.45 in the morning until 6.45 in the evening you can pick up the phone and order anything you want, in the quantities you want, off that menu. The food was fantastic. Everything was fresh and there was a lot of variety. It wasn't cold and everything was beautifully presented. That was absolutely wonderful. I went in to the hospital at early Friday morning and I was discharged Saturday morning. I didn't have to lie around in the hospital. They are well oiled machine in getting you in, doing what you need done and discharging you as soon as it's done.

The hospital had a very informative orientation prior to the actual operation. There was a comfortable waiting room for family during the procedure. All the staff we came in contact with were wonderful. Even the food was pretty good. As an aside - we obtained the necessary home care items (walker, toilet seat, cane, sock puller) from the thrift shop prior to the operation so we didn't have to buy the hospital supplied 'kit'.

.I had a situation where I had to be hospitalized for 4 days. It was fabulous. I could not have asked for better care. It was a month and a half ago. It was just one of those things. My doctor wanted to put me under surveillance. They did observation and checked on you, took a battery of tests. I got follow up calls. It was very sweet. It was an excellent experience. The people were amazing. There is a nursing school there.
