  • I love him. He is just a very warm and caring person. He is more than a doctor. It's like visiting a friend. The treatments have been fine. The facility is beautiful. It's a nice office. They're clean and up to date. You can see him within 20 minutes. The staff are very friendly.

  • They do complete stress tests and blood work there. It's sort of a one stop operation and I didn't have to go to another out patient center. There wasn't anything be shuffled between labs and doctors. I thought that was very efficient in a way.

  • A week after my August 4th procedure I went back because I was in a lot of pain. When I went back the receptionist just tried to get rid of me and told me the doctor was busy instead of trying to deal with the complications I was experiencing. I had something called an anal fisher that was caused by my colonoscopy. When I was there Dr. Keshner treated me as if I was just being a fussy person about the pain.

  • He is excellent. He speaks slowly and I can understand him. I have a lot of allergies and I can’t always take the medicines that he prescribes. So he tries to give me something which I can take like the Omega three pills which he gave me. There was one nurse there that was fighting with me and I don’t understand why, when the day before I was there and she was nice to me. There was a doctor in the room at the time and I didn’t understand why she was looking at me and yelling. I’m the patient and I help pay her, her salary. I don’t remember her name. I was in with the doctor when this happened. The doctor did not say anything. She wouldn’t even let me talk. The rest of the staff is fine. My one arm is different from the other arm in terms of blood pressure by twenty five points. The doctor always returns my calls. My insurance takes care of my bills. I would use his services again in the future.

  • They are awesome. Ann, Marie, and Maria were all wonderful. They spend a lot of time with you. They don't rush you, and they answer all of your questions. They support any birth plan you choose. The only complaint would be the long waits in the waiting room, but it is worth it for the amount of time they spend with you.

  • The doctor I used to see has left the practice, so I was assigned to a nurse practitioner (Lauren ?) who was great. However, the practice did make a mistake on the prescription of my birth control pill, which led to a huge mess (they did not return phone calls from me or the phramacist on time, and so I had to go off the pill for a month). I was also treated very badly by a staff member called Karen on the phone, who blamed me for the prescription mistake (!!). I was about to look for another doctor/practice, but needed to the check up to renew my prescription, and so went it. Lauren and the office staff were great, and apologized when I complained about Karen. Bottom line: they have a very good reputation, and I will stick with them for the moment at least.

  • The doctor and the nursing staff were excellent but the office is very poorly managed for their internal communications and punctuality. My first appointment, I arrived on time and was required me to wait 1.5 hours prior to seeing the doctor for a short consultation. The second appointment I was prepared for the procedure and on time, but waited 1.25 hours to be serviced. The front office and the ambulatory unit did communicate well, they thought I was a "no show" for my procedure, even after signing and completing paper work. Instead of calling my name in the waiting room to find me, they called my house three times to leave messages to find out what happened. When they finally determined that I was in the waiting room, they assumed I was late and confronted me with we've been calling your house as if I was late. After I told them that I was on time and they were late, the group was apologetic, very apologetic. I would have canceled my procedure but having spent 36 hours in preparation that wasn't a good option. I will not use this group again.
