    I basically use the dealers. When you guy a Toyota the first 2 years all the basic maintenance is included. So you just drive in there and they do it. My most reliable cars that I have had are Toyota's. This car has, its only once a year to get the oil changed. It got the synthetic stuff. I never had that stuff but it is great I love it. Its only once a year or 10,000 miles. I am almost due for another oil change. I am due in a month or 2. They are very good. They have an express service for oil changes and you are in and out very quickly. It was free. It is hard to give a dealer an A for price. For an oil change they are probably close to the other guys. I just hate to lead someone to think they are going to get a good price when they are going to a dealer because its not going to happen. I go to them because I don't want it misdiagnosed. You can get coupons and stuff like that. You can get discounts. Whatever they do is 100% backed up by the manufacturer. So you don't have to worry if they mess up your car because they will take care of it. They give me a time and my car is in. The whole thing for an oil change is a half an hour. I don't think I am there for longer than a half an hour. I haven't had a big repair to where I can get into the meat of something. When you have you oil change they divert you to another building where it is all express. They don't handle big jobs there so you don't have to deal with all the other people. It is very smart. So they get you in and out. In other words your not behind a guy who needs a brake job and your just sitting. They have an express service, and the express service is very good.

    They always call you before they do anything and let you know what is necessary and what is recommended. They have at least 3 mechanics there since they work on a lot of cars. They seem to know a lot of different brands.

    Roberto is a BMW certified Technician and has all the documentation and plaques to prove it.

    I first went to him after going to a BMW dealership in the Smithtown area for an estimate to repair my BMW about a year and 1/2 ago. I was shocked at the estimate I received. I looked up other Mechanics on the internet, found his listing and made an appointment to see him. He repaired everything and a little extra for about 1/3 of the cost of the dealership estimate. His work was done on time and extremely professional. His work is not only restricted to BMW's. He is one of the most knowledgeable, fair and honest Automotive Technicians I have had the pleasure to have service my car. He has done other work on my car which has been done precisely, on time, and at a very reasonable cost. I'm an Engineer and have very high standards for technical performance from those that perform high-tech services whether it be in/on my home, vehicle, or any other area that requires repair. Roberto exceeds my expectations on all counts.

    Elite Auto does great with customer service. They treat you like family, and are great with communication. They are very knowledgeable and do excellent work. The price for the job seemed a bit high, but I have no point of comparison, so I can't say whether that's an accurate assessment. I would recommend them highly.

    It was last winter I had used them, that would have been 2012, before getting October already. It was $700. They replace my real glass but expensive elsewhere. They were really good. They came, did any else when they are through, and did it nice. I was happy with them.

    I love this car wash and always take my cars here. It doesn't matter if I'm driving a twelve year old car or a brand new one, they always take excellent care of me and put real effort and care into cleaning my car. First of all they scrub off any extra dirt and run it through their automated wash machine. Afterwards they hand-buff the outside, shampoo the mats and vacuum, dust and wipe clean the interior. I'm very allergic to dust so I bring my car in quite often and it always makes a real difference. They take real pride in their work.

    I've been taking my cars to Mike for years now & I never want to have to use any other mechanic. He is the best. He's friendly, hardworking, honest, incredibly knowledgeable about cars, really cares about doing a great job and gives his customers amazing value. For example when I take my car in for an oil change he not only checks over the whole car for any problems it might have, he checks the tire pressure & tops up the fluids at no extra charge. When I've needed new tires or a major repair he has always done a great job, done it fast and for less than I thought it was going to be. He helped me keep my Camry in great shape until it died of old age, and now I am happy to take my Prius & my mother's Outback there.  I feel very secure having him as my mechanic, I know that my cars and I are in safe hands.

    They seem to have a lot of integrity and they are honest about what they do.  They know their customers.  It’s a local auto service.  The staff is friendly and professional.  They seem to stand behind their work.

    They are excellent. They are honest. The character of the manager that runs the station is excellent. When they tell me that something needs to be done, it is not to make money. I would go way out of my way to take a car to them and I have recommended them to so many places. Their prices are good. It is so hard to find such high character and honesty in that business. They do a good job and I even get the same mechanic each time. They purposely will do that because they get more familiar with the car and the funny things with the car and how it behaves and what is normal for it and what is not.

    Without an appointment I went to Ramp Ford at 8:45AM and with a room FULL of people already waiting for their vehicles to be serviced, the rep got all my paperwork completed and got my vehicle in for servicing very quickly.  I think my whole experience was less than an hour for both an oil change and inspection and that was on a seemingly busy day for them.  The rep was very nice and kept to his word of when my car would be done.  I will say the waiting area does need some improvement as the seats are ripped and stained and the floors are dirty but I don't really have that high expectations of decor at a service center.
