    Fast forward to this year the dang thing acts up again. Called in mid July and the closest date was August 17. The wife and I waited all day and keep on checking their automated service for a estimate on arrival time and it kept rescheduling for a shorter time frame. Finally at 5pm the wife calls and finally gets a human on the phone. The girl tells her all the techs are still out and she will have him call after his last job ( she had our, cell s, home phone and e-mail) to contact At 7:15 we called again and were told the job was rescheduled to SEPTEMBER 15 ! . No call, no contact nothing. After speaking with a supervisor the best they could do was offer a third party voucher but we had to lay out the money, send in the bill to them and THEY would decide if they would reimburse us. I can just imagine what this is going to be like getting this done. I just like to say I have used Sears products and had service contracts since the early 1970s. Many of their products had great longevity and we never had a problem with any repairs. I had heard thru several acquaintances that in the past several years their quality and services had deteriorated but I wasn't concerned , This was a reality check and I guess I wont be using Sears for my future needs as to appliances.

    We were covered under warranty for a service contract. They came out with a new technician that they were training which was good because they did a real thorough examination of the refrigerator. It ended up being a relay instead of having to replace the entire refrigerator. The guy wound up saying you look handy enough, you could put this in and fix it yourself. I was a little taken back because I had just had a surgical procedure on my heart and I wasn't really into laying on the ground doing something I wasn't' familiar with. I had a choice of not having a refrigerator for 2 or 3 weeks until they could come back or doing it myself so I chose the latter. The part came in within 3 days so that was satisfactory but the rest of it was disappointing having to do my own work.

    Very pleased client here.  I was delighted to get an appointment same-day and the technician came within the appointed hour.  I was allowed to look on as the professional took examined the unit.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable.  The part was retrieved and installed that very day, within a couple of hours, all at a very reasonable and fair price.  Thanks, guys!

    Our Clothes Dryer was making an unusual noise on each rotation. Phil came the very next day after finding him in Angie's List.
    He carefully took apart our dryer and found that one of 4 screws which hold the drum assembly together had loosen and fell off.
    The remaining 3 were also on their way coming apart as well. Phil is extremely professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a large appliance repair!!! Thank you again Phil !!!

    Our gas oven seemed to take too long to get up to selected temp. and much to long to bake everything. JC appliance technichian came to the house, open the oven and removed the oven door and floor. He diagnosed the problem right away. He went out to his van and had the part . He installed it in less than ten minutes and than check that it operated correctly. The hole procedure took less than one hour. The oven works as it did when it was new, (the oven is over ten years old).

    I call "East Coast" on the 29th of August explaining my problem.   That evening a technician called me to arrange a meeting.  The meeting was set for the next day between 10am and11am.  At 10am the technician showed up an looked at my furnace and diagnosed the problem.  He had all the parts he needed in his small van and fixed the problem.  He was very proffessional and prompt.  He cleaned up the area and gave me great advice on maintance of my system.  I was very happy with the service and will use them again should the need arise.

    I was very happy with them. He is on Angie's list. He was really great. He fixed it, and now it is fine. The price was cheap. He seemed very honest. I thought something else needs to fix on it, and he said it didn't and it was fine. He said everything else was fine on it. He didn't try to take me for anything. He was here promptly on time. He took care of what had to be done. He cleaned up whatever he did. The price was very fair. He was very pleasant to deal with. I have recommended him to people.

    I found my refrigerator not working on Monday morning before I went to work. I call Sears and they said they could not come until Wednesday. I checked Angie's List and called JS Appliance Repair. They came in two hours and fixed the refrigerator. It needed a new fan motor. The technician was very professional and did not mind my husband following him around asking questions while he worked.
