    JAMES KARR PIANO
James did a very extensive and thorough job cleaning out the beads that my kids had spilled onto and underneath the piano keys and he tuned the piano (which hadn't been done in over 20years!). Very friendly, did a great job and even referred us to a piano teacher for our kids!

Mel did a beautiful job. This 85 year old horn has probably never played better. I am loving it ! I intend to give him an 85 year old alto sax and have him do the same thing.

    Arolla Piano Co.
Besides regular tuning, our piano needed several repairs including a strange clicking sound associated with one key. Scott was able to pinpoint the sources of problems and repaired everything. The piano is in very good condition now.

The tuning could not have gone better. I requested a quote and received an email with a quote and with a note that if wanted to call Isaac I could. So knowledgeable and honest. He recommended that I go with Jae the senior apprentice because it would be cheaper and would do the job. Jae was awesome, knowledgeable, personable and very generous with his time and expertise.... thank you I wouldn’t go anywhere else..

Steve Oliver Pianos( Key Piano Service Inc).
Steve was great! He did a thorough evaluation of the piano- which had not been properly serviced in many years- and identified some easily fixable issues. He was able to do the work quickly- and then gave the piano a proper tuning. The piano now sounds better then it ever has!

The refinishing of a corroded piano pedal went great. See the attached before and after photos. His subsequent tuning of the piano was also excellent as judged by my sister-in-law who is a piano teacher. Would highly recommend Steve for general tuning as well as any piano repairs you might need.

    MONETTI PIANO
It went well. When he came in, I explained that I needed my upright piano to be "tuned and fixed", since I couldn't remember the last time that it had any work done on it. The first thing noticed was that the lid was a little broken since someone had opened it the wrong way previously, and Monetti immediately saw the problem and fixed it. Then he explained to me how the tuning would work: if I wanted it to be tuned as best as it could be with only one session, that was an option. Or I could shoot for perfect pitch with repeated sessions (full cost each session). He didn't push for perfect pitch. He sat and tuned the piano for a good hour. While doing so, he answered questions that I had with full honesty. For example, if I wanted to get rid of that clicking sound my 15-year-old piano was making with certain keys, I would need to pay for expensive voicing, which he noted was not worth it given the age of the piano. And the clicking sound actually softened considerably after the tuning. Overall, I am satisfied.
