  • Great. Ray showed up a day early (as agreed) and had the part in hand already. He fixed it quickly and was on his way again. I really appreciate that he took the extra effort to come on Monday so that I wouldn't have to wait until after the blizzard on Tuesday.

  • Couldn't ask for more.  I purchased an Angles Deal which included 2 trips to my home  and 1 hour repair service for $94.The person scheduling responded promptly and was very flexible, offering me several choices of appointment times.  The repairman came promptly and diagnosed the problem.  He ordered the control panel which was $280.  He returned 2 days later and finished the job which was included it he  same $94 deal.  I would recommend Mr. Appliance.

  • we called him about our dishwasher but while he was there we asked him to look at our ice maker in fridge which had not worked for a few months.  He pulled the lever down and said that all it was. He left.  We were skeptical.  Sure enough it was not the lever.  It continues not to make ice whether the lever is up or down.
    We were hoping he would have informed us of whether the ice maker needs replacement or not.

  • After the first visit, we still noticed the dishwasher was not draining properly, and it was turning off in mid-cycle. The technician was courteous to a fault, and did not charge for the second visit.

  • I called them again to fix another dishwasher at another location. The guy I spoke with was rude and combative (for no reason) and when I attempted to re-sechedule the appointment, he hung up on me. I thought maybe it was a dropped cell phone call, but when I called back, there was no answer or voicemail. There is absolutely NO reason for a small business to treat their customers this way!

  • Professional response to phone call and setting appointment for gas dryer repair. Technician unable to make appointment scheduled on same day, but called early in the day to reschedule and showed up as scheduled the next day. Technician evaluated and tried to fix problem, but found it would cost almost as much to fix as to replace. Recommended replacement and strongly recommended a different brand.

  • I had a coupon which lowered the cost by $50. not sure what it would have been and seemed a bit expensive but they were very responsive and got the job done. Would recommend.
