The work was completed very quickly. Suggestions were made and I added a repair of another appliance at the last minute. The customer service, communication, and notifications were professional, frequent, and friendly. I feel like a valued customer. The overall service fee was less than expected. APro-Tech ApplianceRon was awesome! He came, looked at the non-functioning knob and figured out very quickly that the problem was from a very small piece that somehow was broken. He didn't have the part, but he knew where he could get it for MUCH cheaper than ordering it new (saving me a bundle). Since he had to go to a local place to find the part, he left and promised to come back to fix the stove as soon as possible. He called the next day to try to finish the job, but I wasn't home. I called back as soon as I got the message and his assistant set up an appointment for the next day. Rod showed up early in the window assigned, took maybe 10 minutes to put in the new part and tested it thoroughly to make sure all was right. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the professional, friendly, complete and very well-priced repair I got from Pro-tech appliances... and they'll be my first call if I ever need something like this fixed again.- denice s.

ABerkeley Heating & CoolingWent very well for the repair there guys came in and diagnose the problem within 20 mins and replaced it in another 10 mins and they checked my central air at the same time. ABrian Doehler's Appliance SvcMike was very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Kept me updated on progress of the job and answered any questions I had. He came back 2 days later after I called and said our ice maker was dripping water. He built a small part to remedy the problem. Although this was a separate problem from the first time he came he refused any money and said, " no charge as I was just here 2 days ago". This doesn't happen these days.
