I usually go for the 90 minute massage. It is a reasonable price and includes hot stone treatment. I have 3 different therapists all of whom were very pleasing and each was somewhat unique in their method.

I found both the stylist and the manicurist to be wonderful, professional, and provided a quality service. I would certainly recommend the spa overall and will be returning in the future.

I highly recommend Jessica for any type of massage therapy.  She is a highly experienced therapist who takes the time to listen to her clients and recommend the best treatment for healing.  I have seen her for both craniosacral and swedish massage.   I have found her therapies to be more effective than acupuncture and chiropractic care.  Her personality is warm and caring and the environment at Retreat and Renew is very comfortable and soothing. Jessica responds promptly to e-mail and is 100% reliable.  She is truly a gifted and talented healer.

First of all I am new to the area, so I didn't have a good idea of where this place was. So I asked the person (Teri) that I booked the appointment with where it was relative to where I was coming from. She had me miles out of my way which made me arrive at 6 o'clock which was supposed to be the start time for my appointment. I then had to fill out the customary medical history report. So I was late getting started for my massage. I was let into the room at 6:10pm.   After a massage that was okay, but not  really exceptional the therapist (Laura) indicated that the massage was over. and left the room. I opened my eyes and looked at the clock and it was 7:23 pm. Rather than 90 minutes the massage was supposed to be it was only 73 minutes. At the front desk I asked exactly what a 90 minute massage entailed. The receptionist said that it means 80 minutes to allow for prep time or some other lame excuse. I have never heard of that and I have had massages for years all over the world. My overall feeling that I felt ripped off and would not go back there.

My masseuse was excellent. Overall, all of the masseuses I have had are very good and open and responsive to feed back. The and quot;Bedside Mannerand quot; and quot;Communicationand quot; and and quot;Effectiveness of Treatmentand quot; ratings above are in regard to the masseuse/therapist themselves. The remainder of this evaluation - and the bulk of it - is directed toward the and quot;Massage Envyand quot; establishment and management.
I have been growing dissatisfied with the management of this particular franchise. I have been a member since early 2013 and have recently discontinued my membership after about 10 months. First, the lobby is too small and there is no privacy necessary to discuss personal health issues. Secondly, I have noticed a decline in the appearance of the lobby and the amenities for the customers. They used to quality have water available when you walked in, it smelled nice, was well decorated -it was a more serene and inviting setting that relaxed you before your massage. Seems they did away with the niceties, perhaps as a cost saving measure. Finally, their customer service has declined as well. I have noticed that over time, they have had many new receptionists and their interaction with customers has gotten more casual to the point of indifference. They are all very nice people, but they have been increasingly indifferent in their attitudes and approach. They seem to think its okay to have personal discussions and take their time to get things done while a customer is waiting. However, in spite of this, what really finally caused me to end my membership was a dropped appointment. I made an online reservation, got a confirmation, but when I showed up at the location, I was told that was the last straw that did it. I didn't have a reservation. I'm busy and have a lot going on and had to make some changes in my appointments to set up a massage that I really needed. Its frustrating to show up and be told, and quot;sorry, we don't have an appointment for you; we must have overlooked the email message.and quot; No offer to make it right, no discount, nothing. I will look for a massage therapy center or therapists who are serious about what they are doing and run a professional operation. Its a shame, because I really started out liking my visits to Massage Envy and I really liked the massage therapists there. I would gladly sign on with any of them if they had their own practices outside of Massage Envy. I just got tired of paying all of that money and feeling like I was going into a fast food chain, when I read so many nice things about the other establishments in the area.

They have a variety of services and depending on what particular style of massage you enjoy, they can cater to it. It is a pair of masseuses in the group and one is exceptional at deep tissue massage. The other has different modalities of massage that she offers and she is excellent at what she does. Both of them have steady customers and you have to plan your massages in advance. That's difficult because you can't always drop in. It's different for me because I get semi-preferential treatment because there was a period of time when I went to them every other week. I definitely will go back.

They are excellent. You never have to wait. They are always ready to start up on time. You can get any kind of massage that you need. There are two women who handles the business themselves. I would use them in the future.
