    It went very well. I broke my one and only pair of glasses which I need for driving, etc. They were the only Opticians willing to give me an appointment that same day. My frames were beyond repair and they found a new frame for $60.00 that fit my lenses and popped them right in so I could see. Then I asked for an eye exam as I was overdue and they helped me pick out flattering new frames etc. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. The pricing was on par with other Opticians I've been to and I have trifocals, so not a cheap prescription no matter where I go.

    Dr. Lemanski was friendly, professional, and answered my questions. I would recommend her. The staff was not upfront and borderline rude. When I made the appt I specifically stated I wanted to renew my contact prescription. The staff failed to mention you need to have 2 appts on 2 separate days to order contacts and then pick them up on a third visit. The staff hung up on me after I had been on hold for greater then 20 minutes, promised to call me back and failed to, and can't be bothered to look up my insurance information. Bottom line, if you have a serious eye problem, the doctor seemed good, but for minor stuff, go somewhere else.

    • I started with the basic eye exam that included the "optomap" which takes specialized pictures of the retina, this takes the place of the dilating eye drops and the blurred vision. You then go to see the ophthalmologist who completes the exam which includes a discussion of the retinal photos and any possible eye issues that were detected. You then get your eyeglass lens prescription and head into the main store. The cost of this exam was $98.00.  Because I have a membership to the AAA Automotive Club,  I received an 18% discount off the exam price.
    • Once in the store you are asked to select the frames that you like best,  then bring the frames and prescription to the Lens Crafter Technician.  The frames I selected cost $130.00.  I also selected the "LC-HD Enhance View No-Line Bi-Focal Lenses" which is a high definition clarity lens over the normal poly-carbonate lens. The technician now sets-up the glasses in which they use a digital camera system that takes the place of the marking lenses and the taking of the focal measurements.  I will say;  this type of optical measuring system really works. This is where I have always had problems in the past with the Walmart Vision Centers.
    • Normally you would have your new glasses in 1-2 hours, but these high definitions lenses had to be sent out to another location. It took about 9-10 days to get my new glasses,  it was well worth the wait!

    The cost of these LC-HD lenses was $565.00.  Its not as a bad as you think, I had the option of the AAA discount as well as a  40% Lens Crafter discount when you buy the frames and the lenses together. The Technician calculated this final cost both ways with the final Frame-Lens package costing $507.00.  This includes a $35.00 one year Eyewear Protection Plan.

    I talked to the Technician about the care and cleaning of these new glasses.  With my old glasses,  I used a store bought lens cleaner with paper towels.  The Technician told me that's like cleaning yours lenses with wood chips and alcohol. He said paper towels are made from wood and are very rough; and some lens cleaning solutions contain a higher percentage alcohol all of which can damage the lens coating. These comments stuck with me; because when I picked up my glasses I purchased the Lens Crafter brand of lens towelettes, spray cleaner, and dry lens towels,  all of which I consider a small price to pay to protect my investment.

    I am very happy with these new glasses and would highly recommend Lens Crafters to anyone. These LC-HD Lenses are truly a big improvement over the poly-carbonate lenses.

    He is very good. I had a specific problem and now I don’t have to go back for a year. I would highly recommend him. He is very easy to talk to. He listens to what I say and asks questions about it. He is just a really nice person. I don’t feel rushed at all. I will be going in this year for a follow up.

    The waiting room is good. The doctor is very good. I really like that he listens and is very helpful. He cares about people. There is usually no wait time maybe five minutes. It is easy to make an appointment. I was referred to him.

    The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recently began using contact lenses for the first time, and they were able to schedule me very quickly for a full training session on how to apply and remove the lenses and a follow-up eye exam. My only complaint would be related to administrative services, as it has taken longer than expected to get new lenses and frames to arrive. Other than that, I love this office and my (corrected) vision is great.

    I keep going back to her because of her level of professionalism and the way she argued my case when I was first diagnosed, with the problem with my eyes, was impressive. I was impressed with that. My wife recommended her. My wife indicate that she is very thorough and I find that same thing applied because she is very thorough.

    Dr. Morier is compassionate, professional, and very honest. I am grateful to have his help! I went through a flare up of blpharitis while working out of town. He would go out of his way to make himself available while I was back in town. I wish all doctors were like him!

    It is debatable if I will use this practice again. The person named Barb who answered the phone today was so rude. Continously cutting me off and not letting me finish my sentences or try to understand what I was asking. It was like she making sure that I had to hear what she had to say. In stead I ended up becoming frustrated and turned off from the practice even thought I have been bringing my kids there for years.
    They are pricey compaired to other providers. The one reason why I chose them is because my son has an eye tracking problem and wanted to go to an office that was not retail express like a Lens Crafters or Empire Vision Centers.
    After today's interaction, however, I may not return to them.

    Everyone in the office was all down to earth, friendly.  I was provided with a lot of choices.  They looked up my insurance information and were thorough with what I could get with the insurance.  There was no pressure throughout.  The examination went well.  There was minimal wait times.
