    He quickly diagnosed the problem, but the needed part was the most expensive repair so we are instead considering a new appliance as the dryer is now 7 years old. We will certainly call him again as he came within 3 hours of our call and seems very knowledgeable and gives the customer the most affordable options.

    Paul was wonderful. He needed a part for the ice maker, and it was an unusual part, because the freezer is narrow. He followed up on getting the part, and, once it was in, he called us back, came and installed it. He also fixed something else on the ice maker, which, in my opinion, is a poorly designed ice maker in the first place. This refrigerator is about ten years old, and I believe that because Paul did such a great job in repairing the ice maker, we will probably get another ten years out of it.

    I called Paul's Appliance Repair at 10:30 and a repairman was at my home within the hour. Diagnosed the problem promptly and called parts store for cost of replacement unit and with my approval of estimated cost, immediate went to the store, returned and completed work by 1:00 pm. Excellent, responsive, efficient service. Cost of repair was high due to high cost of parts, but I have only positives to report about the service.

    He said he couldn't move it it was too heavy for him and not enough space but he was going to order a part it's been over 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for the part I'm going to call them again and see if they're going to come with the part and what's going on

    Amazing!! I was very hesitant to call anyone as I have heard so many horror stories. I looked through the reviews and I liked what I read with Paul's so I called and left a message. Paul called me right back and we made an appointment for the next day! Rusty was very professional and very friendly!! He did a wonderful job and I am very happy!! I will call again and will refer all my friends!!

    Bob showed up within promised time-frame. He diagnosed the problem fairly quickly, and was good about answering my questions. Despite needing to leave to get a part, he was back quicker than promised, and got the job done. It is a Kenmore machine. I was surprised that the trip/diagnosis fee was not waived since we then agreed to have him do the repair, but his price was still better than Sears repair service.

    The repairman arrived on time as scheduled, quickly assessed what was wrong and took care of it. While not a dishwasher repairman, he was able to re-attach the part much more easily than we could. Cost was very reasonable.

    Excellent! Paul knew immediately what the problem was, explained everything he was going to replace and showed me the parts he replaced so that I could see why they needed to be replaced. He also had the parts in his truck so it did not require a return trip. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely call him again!

    The technician/owner, Mark replaced the motor in the dryer and the drainage unit for the refrigerator. In addition he replaced my ice maker. (I had already ordered that unit from Amazon but was reluctant to replace it myself). It turns out Whirlpool/Maytag knew of the problem with the refrigerator and parts were available free of charge, so I only had to pay for labor. The manufacturer never notified the owners of the problem with the defrost system. The problem was sneaky and the leak got under my floating floor. It will need to replace the area in front of the refrigerator. All along I thought the problem was related to the ice maker. I am annoyed that Whirlpool did not notify me. Why bother to register the purchase if they don't use the information. The dryer was a quick repair. I am happy that Mark had the dryer motor on his truck and that every thing is up and running. The dryer is an older model so it is less complicated than the newer units and replacing the motor was less than half the price of a new unit and I could use it today!
