  George Botticelli and his A team were miracle workers. When George came to my apartment after a bathroom renovation (where the contractor dry-cut marble and porcelain tile inside without proper ventilation), every surface, including INSIDE my oven, dishes, cans of food, shoes in a hall closet, etc., was covered in a fine white particulate. He gave me a quote that was higher than his original ballpark figure because of the work that had to be done. I made the appointment for several days later, and he and his team showed up promptly. They came with HEPA filtered air purifiers and vacuums and went to town. They literally cleaned top to bottom: Ceilings, walls, doors, fan blades, mini-blinds, drawers and their contents (including canned food!), floors, everything. It took four workers all day (from 9:00 a.m. until 3:30) to complete the job. They left the place immaculate and smelling wonderful. It was a joy to come home. Expensive, but worth it- value had!

  SCHMUKLERS CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

  Barry (and his partner) were excellent. The white carpet had tons of mud and dirt from the dog, and had seen better days. Barry got it back to it's white splendor. We've used him for years, and he's the best. Would recommend without hesitation.

  Eclipse Cleaning

  Excellent job. Eddie was polite, professional, communicated with me before showing up, did the job quickly but completely, moving things when needed without damaging anything, and put everything back in its place. The carpet looks brand new. My only regret was that I didn't do more of the apartment! I will definitely have him back to do another room and some furniture. I'd highly recommend him.

  Eclipse Cleaning

  I absolutely love Eddie and Eclipse Cleaning, and would never call anyone else. I first found Eclipse on Angie's List last year, as I frantically searched for someone to help after a flood nearly destroyed by basement carpet. Eddie came over right away, removed the water and the saturated carpet pad, dried out the basement and replaced all the damaged material. He was a lifesaver -- responsive, quick and reassuring. His prices are great and he moves all furniture for you... while many services do not. Yesterday, he cleaned all the area rugs in my house and they haven't been this clean in a long time. I've recommended Eddie to many of my friends and all have been thrilled with his work.  I'm also pleased to know that he now offers tile cleaning and wood refinishing services.  Take my word for it, look no further than Eclipse Cleaning!

  Eddie promptly responded after I purchased the coupons. He was fully booked a couple of weeks out, but happened to have a cancellation the next day and was able to slot me in. The service is thorough and he is very knowledgeable. Would happily recommend to others.

  Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner - Edison

  They are flat out criminals.  This is the second time we have had an issue.  They quoted us a price over the phone then the tech arrived and told us the master bedroom did not qualify as wall to wall carpeting because we have a 3 inch wood barrier around the wall so instead of $70 it would be $1,000 to clean the room. This had already been clarified when we got the quote. We said no to cleaning that room and he slowly lowered the price until it was $400.  After still declining to have that room cleaned he told us we had done $650 of work so far and he would charge $900 total for the room and deodorizing for everything.  
  We did not need deodorizing but at least the cleaning would be $250.  When he gave us the receipt he written up $340 for deodorizing and $100 for the master bedroom.  This was a rip off.  We could have paid what we were quoted for the bedroom of $100 and not gotten the deodorizing and paid the original quote.  He lied to us.  How can he tell us the room is $1,000 than only charge $100 after tricking us into paying for another service we did not want.
  The cleaners are on commission and are incentivised to lie their way into additional work.  I would never trust this company.

  Rug Renovating Company

  At the recommendation of a friend, I called Rug Renovating Co and was put in contact with Morgan Williams (sales consultant).  I told him that my family had just moved into a house that had been left pretty clean by the previous owners, however, I
  wanted to sanitize the carpets before moving in.  Morgan related the following:  ?In order to do a thorough
  cleaning and sanitation of your carpeting, we use the hot water method (not shampoo, since this tends to push dirt into the rug).  The hot water method removes dust mites, grime and old dirt from the carpet. Other companies may charge less, but to compensate for this, they schedule a lot of customers per day resulting in a rushed, poor cleaning job of
  your carpet.  At Rug Renovating, we schedule plenty of time for each and every customer; because we don?t overbook,
  we give each client the customized service and the time they deserve.?
  Morgan quoted $756.00 to clean and sanitize the basement and the office wall-to-wall carpets and three staircases with the landings.  When asked how long the job would take, Morgan estimated the job would take ?three to three and a half hours?. 
  I told him that another company had given me a quote of $400.00 for this job and I asked him why Rug Renovating was charging
  so much more.  Again, Morgan stated that the extra time and care this company gives to each and every job justified their higher fees.  Nothing could be further from the truth.
  I hired Rug Renovating Co and the job was scheduled for June 24 from 12 to 3PM.  Two men arrived at
  1:10PM and they were done and gone from the house by 2:15PM.  In the hour the men were at the house there
  was simply not enough time allotted to do the job Morgan had described this company would do, with some areas
  not done at all and some areas showing streaks and unevenness.
  The following day I called Morgan and related the above.  He said he would send a senior representative
  to the house to review the situation.  Walter came to the house on July 1.  As I began to explain the situation,
  Walter cut me off, refusing to listen.  He said the cleaning had been done, period, end of the conversation.
  Walter was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.
  On a subsequent phone call with Morgan I told him of Walter?s inappropriate behavior.  I told Morgan that
  the inadequate job done was as unacceptable as was Walter?s behavior, and furthermore
  that charging me $756.00 for one hour of work was gouging a customer.  I requested a 50% refund (this still allowed
  $378.00 of payment for the one hour the men were at the house) but my request was refused.  Eventually Morgan was
  authorized to grant a 15% percent refund as gesture of ?good faith?.
  There was nothing to like in the way Rug Renovating Co conducted business;
  my experience with this company was deeply unsatisfactory.  Buyer: beware.

  Eclipse Cleaning

  I called Eddie with a quick turn around request to get 2 rooms of carpet cleaned prior to putting my place on the market.  He was extremely helpful and was able to move appointments around to accommodate me.  He communicated with me up until the time he arrived.  He was courteous, quick and did a good job.  I would not hesitate to use him again.

  On Time Carpet

  My experience was okay. They asked too many times for me to upgrade. I think it's okay to ask once, but they asked 3 or 4 times. I felt like my arm was being twisted. The job they did was okay, it was not great.
